Went looking to see if there was anywhere new at North Hills to eat and found Cow Bar. We wanted to try multiple burgers so the slider option was perfect. We got the Alabama Slammer, Nuclear Burger and the Truffle Burger. All three were good. I would go back for a regular size Nuclear Burger. Didn’t try the hotdogs, but they are Nathan’s so they have to be good. The Italian Fries were delicious and they gave us the different sauces to try. All yummy! The decor is so cute.. you can’t go wrong with cows!

The vegan burgers were the best I ever had. I ordered Vegan Stacker and Vegan patty in Truffle burger. The burgers were huge and came with two Pattie’s.The prices were good, for two burgers and a large thing of the vegan truffle fries. The large fries was too large. The house made cowbar hot sauce was the secret sauce and just loved that in burger. The atmosphere was great as well in a good spot to hang out.

Greg was an excellent host! He helped us order as it was our first time. My husband and I each got a classic burger with double patties and we shared fries. We would definitely come back. The food was delicious. I wish we came here sooner. We were also very pleased that the food was not greasy. We left full and happy!

Burger was too small for the bun , felt like I was eating bread with lettuce. the fries are soft and wimpy. However the waffle milkshake was delicious.!! I would go back for the milkshakes for sure.

The fries are good just wish they had a little more flavor. The burgers are really good! I had the truffle. I don’t like how they’re trying to pass off store bought cookies for fresh baked. Definitely nott fresh baked, definitely got them from somebody’s cookie aisle at the grocery store.

First off, the Italiano fries are a must and they are even better dipped in their aioli sauce. We like that there is a good burger place in north hills now, but we were hoping the prices here would be a little cheaper than they are at the food hall downtown—They are not. We ordered two burgers, 1 large fry, 1 plain hotdog & 1 plain small fry (with no drinks) and paid $46. Sure it’s good, but to pay almost $50 (with no drinks) for burgers & fries is kind of crazy in my opinion.

Got the classic burger and the Italiano fries. The burger was pretty good, but far from gourmet. The fries were actually pretty bad. Cold and soggy. My buddy got the volcano burger or whatever and said it wasn’t that spicy. Also the bun didn’t seem to be toasted so it was soggy. Probably won’t be back here.

Disclaimer: my review only pertains to the Italian Beef and Chicago hot dog. Both were pretty far off target of what they claim to be, at least in my opinion. The Italian Beef is thick cut and tastes more like typical roast beef/French dip sandwich. The hot dog is unremarkable and didn’t hit the Chicago style.

The food is good. We ordered a single classic cheeseburger, italian fries, chicken sandwich, some chardonnay and shakes. The country music playing loudly in background will be the reason I NEVER dine in again. Neutral music would be much better!

Photos don’t even do this justice! What I ordered for pickup through Doordash was the following: small truffle fries, OG Quad 2 Patty burger and a cookie and cream milkshake. The fries and burger smelt so divine! The milkshake was just alright, I wasn’t really so impressed by it the cookie and cream although it tasted great but I’m pretty sure I would’ve liked the vanilla better. The picture of the milkshake is like an hour after picking up the meal cus I ate later. They made the milkshake when I got there so it was fresh. So my fries didn’t get soggy by the aioli sauce, I got it on the side and they gave me 2 things of the sauce and was a lot of fries too for being a small. Also the employees were very nice and helped me out super fast. If you’re in the area I definitely recommend stopping in to get a bite. Something that was pretty unique was that they have a doorbell that moos when you walk in and out which was pretty cool.
