Must go! Fresh meat burgers I had the Bison the 1st time with the sweet potato tater tots & it was so good that I went back and tried the Wagyu burger. 2nd time around it was just as good! We had 9 people, and the accommodated us both times with attentive great service. We especially enjoyed the acoustic music both times!

Very disappointed with pretty much everything. Ordered ahead for pickup (we’re next door so it’s not like we got there late) $15 for cold and soggy poutine that took the server almost 10 minutes to even come out and bring us as there was no front of house staff attending the front. She also forgot silverware and had a pretty nasty attitude. Overall just a waste.

On vacation in the area and wanted something non-seafood for a night. Arrived at the start of trivia night with 2 kiddos in tow, but they sat us in a booth no problem. Drinks, apps and a kids meal came out in decent time. Even a drink refill. After that though the wait staff ignored us and the rest of our order, 3 burgers took, ~ 45 minutes to come out only after we inquired about what was up. The manager said he took a “substantial portion” off our bill due to the unreasonable wait time…except it was full price when we got it. When we pointed that out the waitress…and had to wait some more for her to comp the appetizer (not substantial) and the manager was nowhere to be found. I never got a chance to voice these further concerns in person to management as they were MIA and I had two kids that needed to get to bed. Good food but fell flat on service/execution unfortunately. I’m not sure if they’re always like this, but we left frustrated and unimpressed.

Excellent place for burger lovers! We came at the time they were not busy, for a very early dinner. I enjoyed everything – a great athmosphere, spacious and comfortable, excellent service and super tasty food! Handcut French fries and burgers were AMAZING! Highly recommend!

We came up from Vermont and have heard this place is good. It’s not. I have had better service at Mcdonalds than this place. We got sat down and it was 15 min before we even ordered drinks. All waiters are running around like chickens with their head cut off. The food was mediocre at best for the price also. I shouldn’t have to get my waitress attention to order our main meal after 20 min of sitting there. Definitely will not return when I come to Maine. What a joke
