Huge area… lots of space inside and outside ( with main road noise). Area were cleaned, including the restroom. I would go again.

The food, service, and staff at Cowboy Jacks are always on point. Lexi was our server and she was very attentive taking such great care of us. We noticed she was helping out wherever she could around the restaurant. All of the employees there looked happy and they worked as a team to help one another. It was obvious how much they all appreciate their customers. Food was delicious and drinks were refilled before we had to ask for another. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and drinks, smiling faces, and friendly staff!

First time going; we had a good experience! My Prairie Fire Burger was pretty good, however my husband said his Bleu Burger was even better! (He ate some of mine, but I didn’t get to taste his). I really liked the sweet potato fries! My 2 small kids ate all their food (they rarely finish their food when we eat out) and the portions were big (chicken strips). Our waitress was nice but twice forgot to bring a couple things we had asked for (the restaurant was not too busy at the moment). As some other people have mentioned, the music was loud, and was starting to bug me, but I guess someone might of complained because they turned the volume down. We ate out on their patio and it was a nice experience! Prices are decent.

The food was good, but our service was awful. We sat for about 15 minutes and weren’t even awknowledged, let alone given menus during that time. It was fairly slow when we first walked in too. The food was good, but we were in there for an hour and a half total and it wasn’t even busy until the end. We waited for about 30 minutes once we were done eating, just for a box and to pay. I ended up having to go to the bar to pay at the end. I think our waitress must be brand new or she’s just not good, because the other waitresses were serving a lot of other people who walked in after us in their sections very quickly. She seemed nice, just needs better time management (give menus before cleaning the empty table, take the check as you’re walking by a table, etc). I’d say her name but she didn’t tell us.

Decent service, average food, typical bar atmosphere. My Bourbon on the rocks served in a plastic glass, appetizer (cornbread) served after the meal. The Ribeye had a good flavor, but served almost well when medium rare requested. The Sweet Potato Fries and Slaw were great. My wife’s Lamb Chops were also over cooked, but had a great flavor. Her potato’s were good and the Spinach salad was tasty. None of it was so good that we’d go out of our way to go back, but also wouldn’t avoid it. Not a bad place… just not a great place for the $100 we paid… In Apple Valley, the Farmer and the Fishmonger is an infinitely better option…

This was quite honestly the worst food we have ever been served at a restaurant. Not sure if it was just a bad night because I see others have reviewed and enjoyed the food. We had the ribs which were extremely bland and dry. Like they had been sitting under a heating lamp all day long. It was hard for my husband to eat them and not enjoyable at all but he did because he paid a decent price for them. His side of mashed potatoes looked like it was cooked in a vacuum sealed bag and plopped onto the plate with no care to make it look homemade or reshaped. My daughter’s mac n cheese was equally as dry and looked like it was pulled from the bottom of a pot that was being heated all day. She refused to eat it. I had the shrimp which was overly breaded and and the queso dip which was the most decent thing on the table but overall very meh. I was very very disappointed with our experience especially seeing all the other positive reviews. We paid a rather large bill for a very unenjoyable meal. Would not go back to this restaurant. Service was ok. Atmosphere was pretty cool and we enjoyed looking around the big space.
