We had the best dinner experience at Cowboys Chophouse. We got there a little early, but they were ready for us. Our server was amazing, funny, and attentive. The drinks and food could not have been better. We left very happy!

So this place is the small town with down to earth service and comfortably perfect vibe. The steaks are a next level! One of those awesome hidden gems you hope for. The flavors, tenderness, and food for the dollar are exceptional, the service is real and kind (not pretentious). If I could ask for a touch more it would be in the entree sides, but worth it nonetheless.

I don’t live in Emmett anymore- but the drive is always worth it to see family. This is by far a great Chophouse- it’s always lovely to see Amanda!!!! The food here is always fresh, delicious and exactly how you order it.

We had heard good things about this place so we thought we would give it a try! I am glad we did! We both had great steaks prepared perfectly, the salads were very good and the sides were very tasty. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good steak dinner. BTW – the cocktails were a generous pour and they had a good selection.

Louder than expected. The food was serviceable and we had no complaints…but it didn’t knock our socks off either.

Most overpriced place I have been in recent history and we certainly could have cooked better at home. Nearly $30 for a dry, flat, partial breast. But more over- my grandparent informed me they refuse take out orders for elderly people in their community- telling them to come eat alone at the bar instead

We happened in on a busy Saturday night. They found us a spot to sit at the bar. The appetizer was chili lime shrimp off the grill. Such great flavor. The Ceasar salad was large and fresh.

Steak was cold, tough, and completely lacked any seasoning. Macaroni and cheese wash mushy and Luke warm at best. Broccoli had zero seasoning on it. Red mashed potatoes looked pureed with zero flavor. If you want a good steak I would recommend going to Indian Creek in Caldwell. We won’t be back to Cowboys Chophouse.

Been there several times it is a family run business. Everyone is very family friendly. It’s probably one of the best fillet steaks I’ve had ever so tender. We were there in August and they had fresh corn from a local farmer which was just delicious. You can’t go wrong in this place make sure you make reservations though they do get busy and I highly recommend them probably won’t have a better steak in the treasure valley!
