Very good food! Really the only complaint I have is that sometimes the place gets so busy and with only few staff members, the service time can get pretty lengthy. The overall atmosphere is great and really follows a Mexican country type of theme. It’s near several towns in the East Tennessee country. Perfect for stopping in the middle of a road trip!

This was my first visit and I will return. The service from the time I walked in until I walked out was absolutely amazing!! Greeted as soon as I walked in, was seated right away in a nice cozy booth. The nice lady that seated us brought over chips and salsa, which was so awesome! Server came right over and was super friendly! He brought the drinks and I asked for a few minutes to look over the amazing menu which has so many choices. I did have some questions and the server was more than willing to answer them for me. Again, the server was AMAZING! Food came out in great time and was hot and fresh. It smelled amazing. The portions are more than enough. The nachos were fantastic! The chicken has amazing flavor. The burrito was also perfect! This will become a regular stop for me. Thanks for the awesome service and fantastic food!

My wife and I spent $34 for two pollo locos and a side of cheese sauce. My wife literally only had three spoonfuls of beans on her plate and the rice portions were very small. The chicken was bland and the cheese sauce was literally like WATER plus only filled up 3/4 of the way to the top. We will NEVER be back. Over priced, and the portions and quality of food is terrible.

We were out for a ride and decided to go visit Middlesburo, KY. We stopped in Harrogate, TN to eat. The place looks ok. There was a bar inside but on the other side. It’s kids friendly here.

Walked in to place a take out order took 10 min before I was greeted. Ordered my favorite the eagles plate. Waited 15 min to get my order, got home and it only had 10 shrimp instead of the 12 advertised. This is the 3rd time they have shorted the shrimp. The cost goes up and the service goes down.

The food was bland.The salsa was basic bland crushed tomatoes straight out of the can and tiny portins the shrimp was rubbery and steak was nasty we couldn’t get a refill on drinks. Service was terrible. It took 40 mins to get our food. We stopped by after a day riding at Tackett Creek and really didn’t have many other options for food at the time of night that wasn’t fast food. I will not be back.

It started badly. The place has the ambience of a warehouse with serapes hung on the walls, and every noise is amplified. They did not have the beer I wanted on tap, although it was on the menu. So I had unsweetened tea… Which I could barely taste. We ordered pollo fundido for my wife, Mexicano pizza for me, and Mexican fries to share (fries topped with chicken and cheese sauce). My wife’s food and the fries got here; 10 minutes later still no pizza. The chicken on the fries is quite good, but the fries are undercooked and the cheese sauce is very thin. I don’t think there was much pollo in the fundido, my wife kept stabbing chicken off the fries and mixing it in. The pizza finally got here and is very large for a small. Thanks to refried beans in the topping, the toppings keep sliding off the slice. I was supposed to be ground beef on the pizza but I do not find any. The food all tastes good but it’s just not right.
