I have been to the original Coyote Flaco in Westchester for years. The lightest chips and freshest pico de gallo, the churros are filled with dulce de lèche. Now we discovered in Hudson. Leveraging the local produce Christian reproduces fresh Mexican dishes and the cantina feel perfectly. The coldest beer and best guacamole around. Keeping the tradition going!

Wow, what a gem hidden just off a busy road in Hudson. We found this place on Google maps and loved it so much we were back twice in a 3 day span. The enchiladas are the best I’ve found in the Catskills region and the enchilada sample platter is a great value. The churros also make for a delicious desert, and they serve margaritas here by the pitcher as well which is incredible. It’s family owned and operated, with cute decor and an overall incredible vibe. Can’t wait to be back here when we are once again in the area.

Ordered tacos on grubhub… I got unseasoned, overcooked, hard, cold chicken with no toppings at all. Threw it out, got a refund. I’ve eaten there in person, it wasn’t bad but not excellent and definitely didn’t look like this… They should be ashamed of this.

Great food! We went to the High Falls to hike and came here for lunch as it was so close. We each ordered something different and every dish was so good. The meat that went with the tacos and enchiladas was flavorful, pork was a tad on the drier side. We came on a good day so sitting outside on the porch with our dog made this a nice alfresco dining experience for us.

Went to a car show in Rhinebeck and found this great roadside restaurant on the way home. Was expecting to have a wait (since it was Mother’s Day) but they were able to seat us quickly. We had the complimentary chips and salsa which were welcome. The salsa was nice and fresh. For dinner I had Churrasco Argentino which was delicious. (I wish it had a couple of more potatoes) The chorizo was great. The side salad was wonderful with a lot of different veggies and great dressing. My dinner companions all had the Chicken Fajitas that had a fun presentation. I would happily drive out of the way to eat here again! The wait staff were all cheerful and attentive and worked together.

Another delicious dinner last night ! Party of 5- all raved about our meals.. Bistec Diablo was off the charts! Been there over a dozen times, never been disappointed. Chips deluxe with pulled pork appetizer- spot on! Christian and the staff -thank you again!
