I have tried BLT, Ribeye sandwich, as well as the catfish, and wow, the size of the catfish is well worth the price. It was tender juicy and very flavorful. The BLT was loaded with bacon compared to other places. Definitely will be here again and recommend if you’re in Loretto KY area swing in for a cat sandwich and cold beer.

This was a pleasant surprise. I got the special, chicken scampi. It was fresh and delicious. I was thinking it was going to be over saucey, but it wasn’t! My husband got chicken fingers. They were also fresh and huge. We both took home leftovers. The place is super clean and cute! Lots of local memorabilia. They have live music, on a well-done stage. Unfortunately, there was no music on the night we were there. We will be back. We are new to the area. Happy this is close to us!

This place was great! Our group of 8 visited right after our tour at Makers Mark. We were greeted promptly and had great service. The food came out pretty quick and we were on our way. There wasn’t many options in the area so we were kind of forced into this pick, but it did not disappoint.

The staff is very nice and the place oozes Americana. The food is not that great. Prices are okay. I problem wouldn’t come back to eat here. I would come back for a live music show and a few drinks though.

This is the little diner that you’re looking for. We stopped in and had a great burger and fried chicken cutlets (with plenty of tasty gravy) along with well cut catfish strips fried just so, light and crispy with no mudline or hint of old oil. Add in the delightful homemade tartar sauce and it was exactly what I hoped it would be, an authentic, excellent country dining experience.
