2nd time here, came in for breakfast and was told they stopped serving;waitress offered to check with kitchen, came back said there were 4 minutes for us to order breakfast. Lunch isn’t served until 11 and I didn’t really want to wait 20 minutes for lunch to be served. We went ahead and ordered from breakfast menu, got an omelet and French toast. Omelet was fine, but French toast was burnt. Tried eating it, but ending up telling waitress who offered to check with kitchen on what they could do. Told us they could make a lunch dish in replacement so we went ahead and accepted. Cheeseburger w/fries came out hot, no complaints. Check came, partner didn’t agree with pricing and went to talk with the manager. After paying, manager made an unnecessary snarky comment towards my partner about our experience, saying we should’ve just gone up the road to Sunrise. We wouldn’t have ordered breakfast in the first place if the staff didn’t offer and instead said since it was too close to menu change, we’d be better off ordering ahead from the lunch menu.

They burnt my partners order, then replaced it with a more expensive menu item and charged us full price for the new food. After I paid and left my complaint with the manager, she sits down and starts to gossip with another lady. She then proceeded to yell that there is another restaurant up the road as I am walking away. Also we were there for 45 minutes and the waitress never came back to refill our cups. Won’t ever go back and do recommend to anyone.

I ordered only the omelette but was charged for a full meal. I thought that was a bit excessive. (Reason for 4 stars) Hubby had the full meal of omelette, hashbrowns, biscuits and gravy.

Cute inside, but just a heads up they stop serving breakfast at 11 so it’s a limited menu. They should look into doing what sunrise does and do the whole menu during their limited hours and be open for a few hours on Sunday.

Food was good. Seemed like we got skimmped a bit on the french fries. I got a pork tenderloin sandwich that was very good, but like I said, not so many fries. The gal didn’t check on our drinks once after dropping the food off. Friendly people, but could use a tid bit of work.

This is one of my favorites. I enjoy breakfast here once a week. The food is excellent and the servers are so friendly! Don’t miss having breakfast or lunch here while you are in town. It’s a short drive from Cassville and worth it.
