When we arrived, it was about an hour before closing. The employee at the front looked a bit frustrated that we arrived, but nonetheless she gave us menus. We sat ourselves. The space is very small and only three tables. We ordered food, the server was super attentive. This place is incredibly clean. The food was okay. I had a Poboy sandwich but I chose to go with catfish. I felt like the sandwich was bland. It definitely needed more seasoning. The sweet potato fries were so good! But could use a nice dip to accompany it. My husband had gotten Ramen and it was plated it beautifully and was good. The decorations were super cute. It’s a very cozy spot very simple if you’re looking for a quick bite and you’re in the neighborhood it’s worth a stop.

Horrible customer service. I ordered the “crab meat fries” and when I got home and open my order it was imitation crab meat over French fries. I was so disappointed because this is not what I was expecting. Nowhere on the menu said imitation crab meat is used. I called the restaurant to speak to them and let them know that this is not what I was expecting and she said she thought I knew that. I said how would I know that if it isn’t stated on your menu, nor when I called to place the order did you mention imitation crab meat is used. She said everyone knows that, I said everyone does not know this because I didn’t. I told her I was expecting the lump of crab meat over fries. She then she asked me (sarcastically) “so you wanted real crab meat for only $9?” I said miss I do not care how much something is because if I want it I will pay for it. It was never about the price, it’s about this isn’t crab meat fries. She then hung up on me. I will never spend my money in this establishment again. They have no respect. I’ve tried their seafood boil and it wasn’t all that great. FYI you can’t trust their 5 star reviews because they have signs posted if you give them a 5 star review you’ll get a free order of fries. They know their food isn’t all that great if you have to bribe people for 5 star reviews. I also attach a picture of my order. It doesn’t even look appetizing, it looks very wet.

Advanced Rotary Performance
This was my second time giving them a try and both times they were consistent with my food. I had king crab legs, green mussels and shrimps with Cajun, garlic butter sauce on the hot side heat level.. the service was excellent. If you’re into the Cajun seafood boil give them a try..

My bf and I recently moved to the area and came across this place. The food is delicious, someone complained about them using Imitation Crab meat. I don’t know why that’s a problem. They use it on their Crab Meat Fries and they are amazing. We eat here frequently now. We’ve had the King Crab, Snow Crab, Mussels, Shrimp all amazing, the place is very clean.

Took my son for his birthday. I live a few blocks and was waiting for it to open. I can’t say enough good things. The food and service was excellent. They even gave us an order of fried dumplings for free when heard it was a birthday! Food was absolutely plentiful and delicious. Highly recommend!

So so so good. We have been to bunch of these crab boil places and Crab Bay is now at the top of our list. We got the crab legs and shrimp with added sausage. The Crab Bay Special sauce was the best we have had, so much flavor. I wish I could have bottled some up to take with me. The place was quaint and very clean. We will definitely be back!

Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful with my many questions. Tried Korean wings for the first time and I don’t think I want wings any other way after that lol! My girls and I got Dungeness, shrimp and crawfish with spicy Crab Bay sauce AMAZING. 10 out of 10 and we will be back!!!!
