The sign at the door advertises drink specials but our waiter shot that down, floors were sticky, table was wobbly, soap in the bathroom was basically water with how thin they were trying to stretch it, napkin holder had the previous guests crabby handprints on it.. but despite the grime, the food was good.. just crossing my fingers the kitchen cleanliness is held to a higher standard than literally everything else in the place

They need to change their times to stop serving at 9. Party of 4 we came in a 9pm and was told they were only serving to go orders until 930 and unable to sit in and dine. Once we left, one of the people from our group called them. And they told him they were serving until 930 walk ins only and then hung up on us. So just a bunch of lazy people who work there. And there was 3 people sitting down on their phone. Didn’t get up to tell us they weren’t serving. Just stayed sitting down on their phone.

Tonight is my birthday and I took myself out alone. I didn’t say anything about my birthday until I experienced the interaction with the bartender Jiah. She treated me like a normal human and was attentive. I then told her it was my birthday and unbeknownst to my knowledge hers was around the corner and we bonded. Before and after the knowledge, my experience was even more great even on a slow night (being in customer service myself understand) long story short I had a rough year and Jiah the bartender made it worth it . Food was good mostly, however the receipts were misleading. We had a party of 10 and nowhere on the receipt did it show the gratuity charge. It just said “charge” on the receipt. Nothing stating gratuity. So I ended up leaving double what I usually would have left. It’s very deceptive and needs to be labeled better. Also, the table we had was super wobbly and the waitress had to put a card book underneath. The drinks were super strong though. And food was B+

We went in at 7 on a Thursday and they had a DJ playing foul music so loud I couldn’t hear the person next to me! We asked to move outside and they said no even though it was nice outside. And if that wasn’t enough, a ROACH fell from the ceiling on my friend. And the server was apologetic, but no manager came over to say anything. I don’t blame the server at all. But we definitely will not be coming back.

I will never, ever, never go to this place ever again! Had I known that the “atmosphere” was like it was, I would have never chosen this place to take my family and friends! I was so embarrassed to have subjected my family to the most inappropriate environment this restaurant enjoys! The dj’s selection of music of the profuse use of the “n” word, drug use, a woman’s vagina, a female dog, a woman of the night, etcetera, etcetera. How the management allows this is incomprehensible to me, and very disturbing! If only it were possible for this type of business to not only have to worry about a health rating, they would most definitely fail in a great ball of furry on a morality one!!! And, I guess that is why the supposedly “hostess” was dressed in an inappropriate manner as well! I have been in quite a few questionable establishments in my life, but not only does this one take the cake…it takes the candy from the from the baby and laughs the entire time!!! Never again!!!

I was greatly disappointed in the service the Hostess was very dry and like she was being disturbed. We stayed a moment waited for a waitress when finally she was very patient and courteous. Every time we decide to go to the restaurant the same hostess has the same attitude I won’t be going to this location I’ll just drive to Goldsboro

Arrived to a cash only sign on the door. Went to the atm across the street for cash. Arrived back at 9pm and the inside dinning was closed so we ordered from the To Go Orders section. The guy was pretty chill. We ordered he said it would be 5 minutes. Apparently I need to get here early to enjoy the dinning area and so do you.

This was the worst service I had since I’ve been in North Carolina. I’ve been in North Carolina for 5 years. Everything has seen ghetto and didn’t make no sense I was looking for my waitress. A ordered a king crab boil and it was either molting, cooked hours before or expired crab. Personally I hate making big deals but it was 100+ Dollars and my complaint was ghosted. Another couple before being ghosted was offered only 30% for the same experience. I think you should support another business that cares for the customers needs and serve you fresh seafood!
