What a great place! Pleasantly surprised when we entered into a large, bright, cheerful place, with booths and large tables. Our server was quite helpful and helped us decide on our order. We had a mix of starters plus a shared boil bag — delicious! Messy, but delicious! Such a fun place tucked away in an unexpected location. Looking forward to returning!

Just split the snow crab and king crab combo with 1 king crab leg. 1 snow crab cluster and a half pound of shrimp with corn sausage and potatoes. We got the mild boil season which was still spicy and combo flavor with all the seasonings. Not cheap but I felt it was good and just right for splitting unless you’re real hungry. We’ll definitely come back again. Pleasantly surprised and happy it’s so close to home

Overall the crab station was a great experience for lunch with my mother. I ordered 1 lb shrimp, 1lb of long crab, and a 1lb of snow crab, with their everything flavor. I got the second spice level, just one about medium. To be honest, it was hotter than I expected! This was my first and definitely my only visit to this restaurant. I must say the staff were excellent but the food was not edible! They only have heavily spiced food and so much so you could not get the real taste of the food. First I will say that they only have plastic utensils. The clam chowder was tasteless and you must eat it with a plastic teaspoon not a soup spoon. I ordered fried oysters but they were so over spiced that you could not taste the oysters at all. I did not order spicy fries but that is all they serve. My experience was awful.

The restaurant atmosphere is nice, with appropriate decoration, a good variety of food/drinks options, spacious, and most importantly, my first-ever seafood boil came out flavorful, hot/warm, and delicious! Our server Blake made our first time having Seafood Boil at the Crab Pub a fun and memorable experience! Especially when Blake brought out the employee and sing happy birthday to me and surprised me with a dazzling cheesecake with a candle!! I would go back to this Crab Pub location in Oceanside!

Wow we just had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary at Oceansides newest hidden gem. The food was delicious and service was with a smile. Everyone was super sweet and attentive. Marquel was excellent always there for us when ever we needed anything. We will return and definitely recommend to anyone looking for so cajun style seafood. Five stars

The food was ok but gave me a stomach ache. I ordered fried shrimp and fried green beans for lunch. Service was slow, despite having a couple of waiters and only 4 tables with customers and all our food was ordered and served over the pony wall next to our table. The restaurant is huge and has a lot of tables. The feel is not what you’d call cold but it isn’t very warm either. It was a very pricey place, $50+ foe most plates.

I called to placed an order to pick up. First time ever ordering from here and I need dying to try it. I got the combo #1 with crawfish, shrimp, and mussels. I was so surprised with how big they were. Especially the shrimp and crawfish. They definitely gave me a good amount. No skimping at all. I got the Pub Style seasoning with spicy meter, spicy. Boy was it spicy. I didn’t expect that, but it was delicious. It was also well packaged and they even packed a handful of limes. Definitely ordering from here again and eventually dining in.

Wrong choice of music. Cajun Louisiana needs Cajun or zydeco music not what we heard while there. We heard Latin, pop and some other hip hop. I was offended that the music was unedited and the F word was heard many times…. Even my child gasped!! It’s not appropriate to have swear words in a family restaurant.
