Crab town is one of the few places you can close your eyes and feel like you’re in Maine. The food is fresh, the service comes with a smile, and the crabs fight back as you try to eat them, screaming for their worthless lives until the steak knife triumphs and extinguishes their life with a satisfying crunch. Some crabs will even beg for their lives, pleading that they have a wife and kids before succumbing to their buttery demise. 5/5 would crab again.

Finally got to try this place after hearing that it served good tasting seafood. Well I was disappointed because the food was overcooked. This was takeout and it looked nice and tasty when I checked it at the restaurant. But when I bit into a shrimp it was hard and rubbery. Not the texture I was expecting. The snow crab was ok. The sauce made it ok. I also bought a side order of whole belly clams. They were hard nuggets of something that tasted similar to a whole belly but not what I’m used to. We got the sauce that they make themselves. It was delicious. The corn and potatoes were good in this sauce. Wouldn’t go back again. Overpriced for what you get.

I got the crab town special sauce with fire for spicy level. Phenomenal! It’s super flavorful and not crazy spicy at all just had a nice kick must try! Their strawberry fruit tea with tapioca pearls was really good as well. Friendly staff and clean restaurant. My new spot for seafood boil!

Here’s the thing the food was great. I ordered fried scallops, shrimp, fried rice noodles with shrimp, green tea and a beer best fried rice I had in a long time however, after we ate, I felt a little gassy paid the bill went to car and felt like I had upchuck then on the way home in the same town less than 10 minutes away I urgently had to do a BM . I finally get home I made it and I was in the bathroom for 2 1/2 hours I was weak as a lamb it was coming out both ends I was finally able to get some rest went to sleep woke up in the middle of the night. I was at it again here it is morning and I’ve been at this now for 9 1/2 hours.

I had the oysters lightly steamed and the combo with shrimp, crawfish and snow crab. The food was delicious! BUT!! Few hours later after eating it, I threw up! I’m sorry but I will not be eating their seafood again.

It’s ok 2 go for quick bite. I had the fried clams and scallops baskets and my friend had the fried shrimp and the seafood boil. There fried baskets are ok but stay away from the boil, it wasn’t worth $31.dollars. We won’t b going back, perfer the sand bar over Crab town any day.

The food was very good & seasoned well. The employees were very friendly and the layout of the place is very big which is going to be good for big parties. I ordered the daily specials which came out fast and the portion size was perfect. I recommend it and get the juicey special!
