Crab cake factory West had delicious crab cakes, clusters, grilled cheese sandwich for the kids and crab cake sandwich. Total was $130.00. There was a 40 minute wait, but the food was impeccable, staff was professional, good music, several tvs and again phenomenal seafood.

Numb is the feeling I would use to describe how we felt while eating here. The atmosphere and employees weren’t terrible, but they weren’t very uplifting either. The breakfast food and coffee we had was bland. There is a $10 menu that sits on the table which we weren’t told about and found on our own after we already ordered. The food I ordered was on it, for less money and with a side that mine didn’t come with. Oh well. If the food here was cheaper, I could recommend it to people as a cost saver, but that’s not the case. This area has so many other good breakfast choices for the same price.

Very fun place to eat at! The booths are tight if you’re a heavyset person like me, but the food is absolutely amazing! The bartender, Taylor, served us and they were very kind and made excellent drinks!

Great spot for breakfast. They had a ten dollar breakfast menu and happy hour bloody Mary’s. All of it was excellent. The hot sauce was so good I had to buy myself a bottle. Add this to the OC rotation and already started recommending to friends.

A little loud there. Music was a little loud there on a saturday. Steak and cheese was delish! Didn’t have the crab stuffed pretzel but looked very yummy, maybe next time. Would come here again. Friendly crowd. Prices are pretty good.

Food was very good, although on the pricer side and smallish portions. Was expecting a little more for a 30 dollar dinner per person. Got the 5oz Crab Cake dinner with fries and a side of coleslaw. Atmosphere was very loud.

We have eaten at the original location many times, but we were staying at the boardwalk, so we stopped by the west location. The parking is great and there was no wait for a table. Denisse was friendly and provided amazing service. We had the special, 2 orders of crab cakes, fries, and coleslaw for $30. We also ordered the crab dip. The crab dip was delicious, though the serving seemed a bit small since it is served in a bread bowl. Great for two people, but maybe not enough for a family to share. The crab cakes were delicious, of course, and the fries were great too.

Our fantastic waitress was Maria. The service she provided was very good, professional, and personal. I was hesitant to come here as some reviews were not very complimentary but decided to give them a shot. So here’s my take…. the negative reviews may or may not be all together accurate or represent the norm. We had the fall off the bone ribs ( some of the best I have had)…. 5 oz. Crab cake, ( Absolutely the chunkiest melt in your mouth and best tasting money can buy) Sally’s sweet coleslaw ( I judge Diners by how good the slaw is so here it comes Sally ….. You’re at the top with yours!!!! Loved it!!!
