First time coming in and it did not disappoint. Like the decoration, staff was friendly, service was a little slow but food was worth the wait. Kids love the food which is always great. They have the option for breakfast all day. Definitely coming back!

I do love Cracker Barrel and the built in general store. I’ve been to quite a few and this one is now my favorite. Friendly service as usual, but our waitress was even better than the usual. Checked back often. A table older regulars nearby clearly knew her and she knew what they wanted. The food was tomely, hot and well prepared. The folks in the general store were pleasant and helpful. Nice job Cracker Barrel!

Love this place and the old time . The store is the best part of the experience of going to Cracker barrel. The service could of been much better as we had to get up and get someone to help get us napkins, and refills. They were extremely busy so i understand they had limited staff. Our waiter was very nice as well as other staff. Very pleasant atmosphere and everyone was friendly.

The service was poor. When we were brought to our table, it was dirty. They apologized and quickly went to clean it off. However, used a dirty towel to do so. The appetizers were delicious, but were not served with a plate for each of us. Entrees were very undercooked and soggy, specifically the fried shrimp, French fries, and fried chicken. They did not ask us if we would like our drinks refilled or if we would like any sauces. This is our first time going to Cracker Barrel and may not return again due to this experience. All employees did their best as it was very busy, however the service and quality of the food could be improved. The store within the restaurant was our favorite part.

Food was cold Side of toast was 1 piece of bread. If it wasn’t for our server Anthony who was amazing I would have had a bigger tantrum. The manager and the cashier when you checked out made sure that the bill was adjusted. But they really need to work on the kitchen to make sure food is hot and not be so stingy on toast and one biscuit per person and very little gravy they were exceptionally busy however there was a person walking around saying they were busy when they could have helped serve . I believe I saw a manager serving he was helping but they were so short staffed but it’s not much to ask for hot food

This morning, my mom and I went for some breakfast and were lucky to have Crystal as our waitress! She was very sweet and had some cute St. Patrick’s Day accessories on. Everything was terrific and I recommend trying the strawberry mimosa.

We were very quickly taken to our table that had very few people seated around us. We were waiting too long to be greeted, have our water and drink delivered, and our food. While we waited another table was seated and received their food before us. When our food came, the tray with our food was left on empty table while server delivered items to another newly seated group.

I love cracker barrel! Been to many other cracker barrel restaurants my experiences were always awesome service always great, But this one was not the best. Service was not the great. There was no communication or teamwork. The place wasn’t busy, we sat there for 2 hours before most of our table got there food,and it was cold. The Manger was polite, but was listening to anything i was saying to him. I cancel my dinner told him to just bring my daughter her food. Explain the order to him and still brought out the wrong order. Few minutes later bring out the food i had already canceled and still was the wrong meal. I wasn’t the only one complaining there where a few other tables that were not happy. Then try to charge me for meal that i never received or ordered. Had no problem on for the order that was served but not for the ones that were not served. It most been a bad day at this cracker barrel restaurant. Like said in the beginning i love cracker barrel never had a bad experience. But this one.
