My family and I have been going to Cracker Barrel’s for decades up and down the i95. However, we’ve been coming to this particular restaurant for as long as they’ve been opened. I’m not sure what happened to the old cooks or if all Cracker Barrel’s have changed their style of cooking but I have added a picture of the sad version of my Momma’s French Toast breakfast that was ordered this past Saturday (7/29/23).

I’d placed an order online and it wasn’t ready until 25 minutes after the pickup time then to get home and the whole order of grilled catfish was missing ! I’d called to speak with a manager and was told that the manager couldn’t call me back until after 25 minutes and a hour later still no call. Outraged by the service and the fact that my child didn’t get dinner!

I don’t come here often, but met friends for dinner. The food was very good, the server was excellent. The atmosphere in cracker barrel is always cozy down home. It was a nice relaxing time with good home style cooking. The meatloaf was very good, and the fried chicken was also very good. Loved the cornbread muffins that they bring to the table.

Our waitress’s name was Tamara and she was spectacular!!! We came in at 9:35 and they closed at 10…. Not only did they have everything we wanted!! It came out so fast and hot and wonderful!!! We left on our way back to South Carolina with full bellies and ready for the road!!! We Thank God for you Tamara!!! God Bless!!!

Great customer service. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Our waiter Justin was attentive and kind. The food was great. My only complaint was they were unable to make lattes and hot chocolate. Which of course I wanted and my girls so we were disappointed.

Pretty much the worst Cracker Barrel experience I’ve had. Don’t get me wrong, I love Cracker Barrel and I go there fairly often. My wife and I waited an extra two hours to get food just to go to this one, but we shouldn’t have. The bathroom floors left your shoes sticky when you walked out. The Maple Bacon Chicken had nothing maple about it. It’s usually my favorite item on the menu, but it lacked severely here. The loaded sweet potato didn’t have nuts, like it’s supposed to, and it was only lukewarm. Finally, there was only one cashier (running two positions) even though the line to pay stretched most of the way across the store.

While I normally have a good experience at cracker barrel restaurants this location is not the case. Went on for dinner on a Monday evening, they were not crowded at all and we were seated almost immediately. After that not one server came over to take our order or even say we will be with you in a minute. I am new to the neighborhood but I have had Cracker Barrel before in Va & North Carolina. Today I tried the one in Waldorf for the first time. The food was horrible, very bland and very small portions. I ended up ordering extra food when I got there. Because the portion was small and I ordered online. The catfish was bland, I could not believe the apple butter was bland too. My sausage was uncooked . The biscuits was hard ,I had to pay for apple butter. All together I spent $50 on everything.The customer service was good despite everything I ordered tasted terrible.

The biscuits are great there. Their fry chicken taste great! Can pass for soulfood fry chicken. Oh and it is boneless. I love the showroom. Great place to by gifts.
