I have been here many times before. Where staff is extremely friendly, service can be up and down. Holiday weekend may have been a difference maker. Still, I enjoy the food and the occasional conversation from other tables.

Meatloaf, carrots, hash brown casserole, hamburger steak were all great. Country fried pickles were a nice appetizer.

Went with my family and our food was delicious. Got the cheesecake pancakes, loved them. Annu was our waitress, she was extremely personable. Although she said she is new, hope she earns her stars because she is a 5 star waitress!

Cracker Barrel is always our favorite location to stop when coming over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. The food is always awesome. We love the atmosphere, especially eating by the fireplace. That is our favorite. They also have some of the coolest old fashion candy you can get.

The food, service and atmosphere is fantastic. If you’ve never been, you have to go. There is a shopping area for everyone in your family

No doubt this place is popular! The foods are very satisfying and filling! We got the chicken fried chicken (with french fries and fried apple), roast beef (with bake mac), and loaded potato which is super recommended! The bread was free.

I met my daughter here at this Cracker Barrel in Waldorf, MD for lunch & the food was delicious & the prices were reasonable. I enjoyed my lunch as well as the store front area was fully stocked & well organized. I enjoyed going there which was my 1st visit to this Cracker Barrel.

The Cracker Barrel off route 50 right over the Bay Bridge has served us cold food on our last two visits. And both times each of us received the wrong side dishes. The waiter and waitresses all brought us at the correct dishes in a separate bowl, but by that time we were half done eating. Also one of us sent the food back to be reheated and it didn’t come back until the rest of the food on their plate was almost eaten. We thought the first time because it was 8:00 at night we just got the cold food because it was leftover. So we went there two weeks later at 6:00 p.m. and the food was still cold. I just can’t understand it, but we won’t be back. We may try other locations but not the one on the way to Ocean City.

The store is very cute but way to expensive. The waitress was attentive and quick and checked in us several times. However, the only good thing was the cheesecake pancakes. The biscuits and gravy were so disappointing. Canned biscuits and powered gravy. Probably not going again, but I can now say I have been to a cracker barrel. I think the hype is more then it should be.

I want to not hate cracker barrel. I should love a place that allows me to do my two favorite things, shop and stuff my fat face, in one location. It literally defies all laws of nature that I hate cracker barrel as much as I do. But I just do. The food is so overrated, I’ve literally never eaten one thing there that has impressed me. And this last visit might have been the worst one yet. Their biscuits and gravy was downright inedible, which is completely unacceptable for a place that claims to serve southern style food. And y’all, I LOVE salt. When I was a kid, I used to eat the big grains of salt out of the bottom of the pretzel bag. I was weird then, and I have high cholesterol now. Mind your business. But this food is just TOO effing salty; yet it also manages to be bland at the same time? Someone should tell the kitchen that spices other than salt exist. Anyway, you get the point. Cracker barrel is awful, and should be avoided at all costs.
