Everything was over cooked. Fried chicken, steak just burned. Mashed potatoes were cold. Corn bread was so hard. Steak fries were good. Our poor waitress kept apologizing and trying to make things right. They need a new cook. The hostess was not nice and you could tell she favored one person/waitress over another. We sat right next to the hostess station and heard her drama. We’ll probably wait a long time before trying to go back.

This location is extremely inconsistent. We decided to give it another try because when it’s good, it’s great. We ordered curbside pickup and our food was brought out quickly by a friendly waitress. It was nice because I’m the past, we’ve had to wait 30 mins plus and call multiple times to get through to someone and eventually go in to get it ourselves. We both ordered the country fried steak meal. My husband is immunocompromised so it’s very important that he doesn’t eat undercooked food. He noticed that there was a lot of water around his meat when he opened his container. He soaked it up with a paper towel and it was pink. When he cut it open it was definitely undercooked. Mine was cooked more thoroughly, so I traded with him since we live 25 mins away and were both hungry. I just ate the parts that appeared to be more cooked. The eggs, gravy, and biscuits were good, but we were so disappointed with our beloved hashbrown casserole It tasted like it’s not even made in house anymore and comes from some frozen premade tray. Maybe it was just a fluke and whoever made it didn’t prepare it right, but it wasn’t good at all. I doubt we’ll be back.

Sad to how far this place has fallen. Use to get great service, now you are LUCKY to get 1-star service. Waitress takes order for 3 of us and it took 30 minutes just to get drinks. It wasn’t busy. She had another tabled she catered to and ignored us. It was an hour b4 we got our food and as we had enough was leaving she finally asked if we would like a refill. It will be my last visit to this location.

This restaurant’s staff is very friendly. The reason my 4 star review is due to them being understaffed, which we found was because the manager sent most everyone home for the day early on, and when the lunch rush came in, there were not enough waitresses to handle everyone. The waitresses did their best, but it took a lot longer for everything. The food here was excellent!

Great store. The service is great. But it always takes a while to actually sit down inside the restaurant. But don’t worry. They always have plenty of distractions to entertain you and your family. From the rocking chairs on the porch to the endless supply of shopping inside… what more could you ask for. Mindless spending before eating a great meal which helps you forget the long wait times. Oh… the bathrooms are always clean and the online Togo orders are always on time when I order them. They come right out to your car when you place an order and that is great bc months earlier they were never on time delivering carside orders. OVERALL great food, friendly service and I will be back again.

Getting a table was quick, ordered food same time ordered drink. Requested water with lots of lemon, when a simple request arrived it had one lemon and I believe the smallest one they had. Carrots cold and shriveled up, Turkey warm, but gravy cool, like it had been sitting for a while. Restaurant not that busy, so not understanding why food wasn’t hot. This use to be my favorite restaurant, but unfortunately not so much now. Not because of this visit alone, but a couple of prior visits as well.

I usually don’t do reviews but I was so upset with our service today. We waited 25 minutes for our table which is fine..we placed our drink orders and food orders at the same time. We got our waters quickly. Had to ask for silverware..never got napkins. After she brought us our rolls we never saw her again. My son spilled his drink and I asked someone to help clean it.. no one ever asked if he needed a new one.. the only time we really saw our waitresses was the couple times she peeked out from the back. After waiting 45 minutes we decided to walk out.

Food is mediocre. Portions have been getting smaller and smaller through time and quality isn’t that great. The pancakes are smaller in size compared to before. The chicken doesn’t taste as good anymore. Scrambled eggs with cheese tend to be runny. Food is cold. Service takes too long even when they are not busy. It took 40 minutes for us to get our food served. When the waitress brought over the food we were asked if we wanted biscuits

After a hard day at work I decided to take my son for a relaxing down home cooking dinner. The food was alright, not the best as it had been before and the service was absolutely terrible. We had to ask for biscuits, then ask for jelly, had to ask for syrup twice and it took the sever like 15 minutes to bring that, had to ask for drink refills. It was just a terrible experience. The server acted as though she needed more training or she was too scared to talk. She definitely didn’t need to b serving the public

We are on road trip, food was great but they seat you the hostess does not tell you it’s hour wait for your food after you are seated. The staff was wonderful the young man but the management needs to work on getting more help. Beware!
