My daughter wanted to go here for dinner. She chose breakfast (of course) and the rest of us got dinner. I had the Chicken Pot Pie and while my crust was nice and crispy and flaky, the inside didn’t have any flavor. It was pretty bland. Wife’s fish was pretty good.

We love this location. It’s atmosphere is better than the one in Cummings. Less busy and good folks here by the lake. Food is always good. The fried catfish is off the hook. So good !

Absolutely the best breakfast I’ve ever had. This isn’t my first cracker barrel rodeo. It is always good. I don’t know what about today’s breakfast made it exceptional, but it was. Great service, the food was amazing, I just don’t think it gets any better than that. And if you’ve never eaten at acracker barrel you should absolutely try it. The atmosphere is unique. That little country store all jam-packed with all those random things is quite a sight to behold. If you’re looking for something interesting you might find it in there.

This place is nasty! We went for dinner around 7:30 pm and the floor was disgusting at every table. Literally a pool of water just sitting by our table. On top of that, service really lacked with us asking multiple times for things like napkins and silverware – the restaurant was not busy either, I would understand if they were busy but didn’t seem like that was the case. We weren’t the only ones upset as the table next to us waited an hour for the food. They spoke to the manager and he could not care less about their complain (from what they told us). One table ordered, I’m guessing got upset with the service and left. However, the tables server placed the food on the empty table and let it sit there for the whole time we were there and not one person went up to the table to check what was going on. Just seems like a really lazy and dirty establishment that’s gone down, unfortunately really quick. Hate to be negative, but it was really just a horrible experience. Also, just want to add, sister ordered take out on the same day and got a burger with mold…

We stopped for breakfast after our visit with family in Cleveland/Helen. The employees were friendly and polite. Despite being busy, we didn’t have to wait too long. Our server was extremely helpful and promptly assisted us. The food was prepared perfectly and tasted delightful.

I went to breakfast with my pastor. Pastor Kenny treats anyone who wants to show up for a meal and have great fellowship. If you don’t have money, he doesn’t care!!!! As we were praying over the food, another vet came in and saw….he paid for the whole table. It was awesome

You can never go wrong with the Barrel. Always great food. We were a group of seven and waited about 10 minutes to be seated. Server was friendly and did her best with all the orders. We did have a long wait for food in a restaurant that wasn’t over busy. But as most places these days staffing is a struggle. When the breakfast arrived it was cooked as ordered and was nice and hot. Nice start to our day. Thank you Cracker Barrel!!!

We stopped in at this location on our way home from a short vacation. It was around 12:30pm, and the parking lot wasn’t packed. None of my three person party had had breakfast nor even coffee yet. We walked in to the usual charm and ordered chaos of the country store. Right away I smelled woodsmoke which is not uncommon for Cracker Barrel. It had been unusually cold during our trip so I imagined how awesome it would be if the fireplace was actually lit. Well, low and behold it was! Not only did we get to enjoy the warmth and scent of the fire but our hostess seated us directly in front of it – I told her she was our hero. Christi was our server, and right away she was super friendly and efficient. She took our drink orders – 2 coffees and a water – and left us to choose our meals. My mother and I were still into the breakfast vibe, and my son wanted lunch. Christi returned shortly after, and my son ordered the sirloin medium rare, steak fries, and Mac n cheese. I ordered the build a breakfast with scrambled eggs, meat sampler and grits (this comes with biscuits and gravy). My mom ordered the grandpa’s breakfast special. My son also wanted to try the hash brown casserole bites. Our coffee was piping hot and delicious – she brought out plenty of creamer for us. She delivered the biscuits with a bowl of gravy and our food right after – super fast! We got refills on all our drinks, and they brought out extra jelly for us. Now there was not a single complaint about any component of our meals. All hot and fresh, and the biscuits and gravy were yummy. My son’s steak was prepared correctly, and we had leftovers. Christi brought a to go box out and kept our cups/glasses filled the entire time. I used the QR code on the receipt for a quick and easy payment. Thanks, Christi, for fantastic service-I apologize if your name has an E on the end!

My husband and I brought our 3 year old to dinner and were seated, the server took our drink orders and came back a bit later to take our food order. After about 20-30 minutes, she came back and asked if we had received our food. I politely told her no so she went to the kitchen and came back to tell us that “our food was brought to another table” we understood, things happen, but she came back another 15 minutes later and asked if someone came to re-take our order, at this point we were irritated. She went to take our order again and we asked for the check for our drinks. She then proceeded to tell me she had 5 tables walk out on her that day. When I confronted the hostess with this, her response was “I feel so bad for her, I’ve given her all the bad tables today, she has had 5 “Karens” I felt that was a very inappropriate and racist comment towards me, all while I was trying to be as kind as possible given the horrible experience we had. The manager did try to make it right, but having people that are in the service industry making comments like that is terrible. While being seated and once we were seated I witnessed 2 other parties complaining about this particular server as well. Overall, we spent a little over an hour there and didn’t even get a meal. We definitely will not be back.

We just ate breakfast at this location. My crispy bacon that I ordered was barely even cooked. Our server Teresa seemed extremely nervous and confused. On our way to check out we noticed a dog … inside the restaurant at a table … with no service vest on. I questioned several employees about their dog policy and none of them even knew there was a dog there or your policy concerning pets – even the hostess that seated the couple and their dog and it was a huge dog. If this is your policy then you will be losing business. I have no problems with dogs but not in restaurants & if they are service dogs they need to have a vest on.
