The food is always good… service us usually fine – this last time they forgot to bring biscuits (& we asked), but it wasn’t a huge deal. Can’t go wrong with the fried chicken sandwich! Breakfast is great too… pork chop, loaded fries or tots, the dumplins… they have lots of good stuff!

I love Cracker Barrel and their food but this must have been the worst restaurant experience I’ve had yet. Me and my family/ friends went there hoping for good food and service like usual but didn’t get it. We had been sitting and waiting for a food for a full hour and a half until we decided to leave. When we approached the manager about being neglected by our waitress all she told us was that she was sorry. When we asked our waitress why it was taking so long she said that she just brings out the food she doesn’t make it, she didn’t apologize, she just gave us attitude. We waited another 5 minutes for our food and decided to leave. The whole time we could see another table in our section with the same waitress also being neglected and also looked like they were waiting. One of the members of our group explained to three other workers our experience and they said we don’t have to pay. So we left with empty stomachs after being there for more than an hour. Disappointed and probably wont go back.

Got here at 2:23, had about a 3-5 minute wait. Hostess said maybe 3 words, but she got us seated timely. We left at 3:53 because we still did not have our meal. We ordered beverages and apps as soon as we were sat. When the drinks came out, we ordered our meal. Then waited an hour and 15 minutes. Got the apps 20-25 minutes later. But by 3:53, we still did not have our meal. Every table around us got food. Clearly the waitress did not put our food in timely, if at all. Then she ghosted us. When we complained, the manager just said we’re waiting on it and the waitress said, “I don’t cook the food.” I waited tables for 9 years. I had never walked out at a restaurant, but today was the 1st. Don’t eat at this Cracker Barrel. Horrible.

It has been way too long since I last visited CB and I’m quite mad at myself for waiting. They’re always busy but we picked a nice time to enjoy a decent priced meal that was cooked to perfection. Their home style fried chicken was super hot, juicy and delicious without any signs of oil.

Located on ST Augustine rd off I-75. I had a less than stellar customer service experience. I ordered biscuits and gravy with thick cut bacon. The gravy was saw mill gravy which was bland and lacked flavor. I requested my bacon not crispy but received crispy bacon. This tells me the bacon comes from a pile of already prepared bacon in disregard of customer requests. Upon checkout the manager did not ask how my meal was which would have given me the opportunity to raise my complaint. First cup of coffee was fresh but weak compared to diner coffee. Cracker Barrel is a favorite stop for us when traveling. Good breakfast at a fair price in a convenient location. Regardless of this review I recommend Cracker Barrel for travelers for a good breakfast at a fair price.

Just a horrible experience. Waited and waited and waited for my food that NEVER came. The server kept saying its coming. Don’t know what she was thinking. I finally asked for my check for the drink she went in the back and then told me the manager would take care of it. They never came out to even see what happen. Total disrespectful I guess they just don’t care. Sad thing is my wife makes fun of me because I eat at cracker barrel alot when I travel for work. Good thing I know this was not typical of them. Just do yourself a favor drive just a little bit further north or south on 175 to the next one. Stay away from. This one.
