I’ve eaten at a lot of Cracker Barrels all over the country and this one wins the award for the filthiest. Bathrooms look like war zones with no paper towels. We were seated at a table with food and trash all around us…under our table and around every chair and every table around us. There were multiple other tables that had not been cleaned from previous customers. I never saw a manager chipping in and helping the staff out either…if there was a manager there at all.

We have visited a few Cracker Barrels on our trip. This one was lacking a few things. #1 they were very short staffed. The people currently working doing the best they can to take care if the customers. We were patient. The food tasted great but, I had ordered a different chicken. I did not want to wait anymore for food. Servers helped to cover as hostess to seat the line of people coming in. They are hiring if you live locally. This was my reason for a 4 star rather than 5 stars.

Great experience. I’ve been to several of these Country Stores, all over the Ozarks, and this is my favorite one. The place was busy, but yet the workers did not hurry you in and out. The food was absolutely wonderful. Even if it wasn’t, our server, Nicole would brighten up anyone’s day. She was amazing.

This restaurant is usually very good, however our visit today was very lacking to say the least. Again let me say that usually the service and food is usually very good. Joey was our waiter today and I’m not sure who the cook was but both service and food today was lacking the cracker barrel standards. The bacon was very well done, the chicken was tougher than it should be, my mash potatoes were not well made. But we will still go back as this is not the way it is usually. The waiter didn’t make sure that what my mom ordered and told to hold something off her order yet it showed up on her plate, he brought my wife and my mom a refill of their drinks but I had to ask him to bring me a refill so I would have something to drink with my food. Now they are doing a very good job with keeping the social distancing rules and cleanliness so good job on that.

Visited yesterday. Had a delicious meal, great service from Randy, and my wife picked up a dress and top. The Jasper location seems to be clicking pretty well right now. If you get the pinto beans, add a tube of mayo. My wife loves it, and I think it’s pretty good.
