Having been to several Cracker Barrel locations, you know the basic layout and the menu. I just ordered a hamburger but it didn’t taste as good as other burgers I have ordered from them in the past. It was almost like it was either a premade burger or had been cooked and then reheated. It was dry but with condiments I was able to eat it. I will ask for the fries too be extra crispy in the future, the steak fries were cooked but not very good. The service was good and they kept my drink full and this may have been an off night for them or for me.

I came to this location three times already and they’re cooking is pretty good. The servers whom they serve food to us were nice to talk to. Their were some instances in which we had a mishap but they fixed it for us. The location is not as noisy as other Cracker Barrel’s during the weekdays at times

After traveling all day on our honeymoon, we were thrilled that a Cracker Barrel was next door to our hotel. My disabled husband needed to rest, so we decided to order To Go. Our promised time was 7:21pm. I didn’t receive the order until 7:41pm nearly an hour after the order was placed. The girl who brought the order out didn’t thank me OR apologize for the wait. I got back to the hotel and everything was BARELY warm. The biscuits, burnt. My meatloaf dry. And the $5 cup of peach cobbler was literally a cup of cold canned peaches. Unbelievable. We’ve eaten at several Cracker Barrel’s in the last week with stellar service until we got here. Extremely disappointing and awful dinner for $40.

Passed through from Texas to Cedar Bluff Alabama. Audrey sat us, she was super pleasant and smiley. Shelley was our server, she was fantastic. Shelley helped me order as I’m on a special diet. The food was great but the service was over the top good. We can’t wait to come back.
