Did not have a wait when we got there. Service started off ok. Once order was taken, everything fell apart. We ordered an appetizer that they are offering. Fried cheese bites and Fried Pickles. They were ok (Cook Outs cheese bites are much better). We both ordered the sampler when consisted of Meatloaf, Fried Chicken Breast, and Chicken and Dumplings with 2 sides.

Extremely busy when we arrived yet somehow our family of 5 was seated in under 15 minutes. The kitchen was clearly bogged down with this traffic but our server, CiCi, did a fantastic job of keeping her section topped off with drinks, biscuits/cornbread, and keeping us all informed on the timing of each tables orders. When my Momma’s French Toast did come out it was well worth the wait. Keep up the great work!

This is definitely the worst cracker barrel restaurant I have been to in My Life. We always love eating at cracker barrel restaurants and have never had any issues until today. Had to wait 30 minutes for food to come out and the hash browns were burnt black and not edible at all. My pancakes came out 15 minutes later and they were also burnt and not edible. After being there for 55 minutes and still didn’t get to eat any pancakes the manager refused to comp the meal and only took $2 off for the pancakes that were burnt. When I got to the register I told the general manager about our experience and I was not charged for the food.
