Listen! This is THE BEST Cracker Barrel I have ever been to in my LIFE!!!! Everyone is so FRIENDLY! This is true “southern hospitality” at its ABSOLUTE BEST! Our waiter! OUR WAITER WAS THE BEST WAITER! Since I forgot his name I will describe him perfectly, he is about 5’6 to 5’7″, small/medium build, “looks” to be of Latino decent, smooth olive skin tone, black curly hair on top, shaved off around the sides with a black headband on, very fast! I love chewing on ice and I never told him that and he just brought me a cup of ice with my peach tea!!!! It’s like he KNEW!!! He kept our glasses full, he brought a basket of warm biscuits to our table and we were puzzeled because we didn’t order them and it was a nice sized basket, so we looked around and saw everyone had one LOL Listen, here in KC AND STL you get NOTHING without being charged! So to receive a “Basket of Biscuits” we were just over the top!. Our food looked so beautiful when it came out, still hot, and delicious! If we ever travel back through to Nashville for another Family Reunion, I will recommend this Cracker Barrel to the whole entire family! Thank you for the Best waiter whom showed the BEST attitude and service we’ve ever experienced. I sure hope by my description you know exactly who I’m speaking of! Probably my favorite Cracker Barrel’s I have ever been to. La’Loni was an excellent server, and the food was amazing as always. I ordered the build your own breakfast with scrambled eggs (with Colby cheese) hash brown casserole, and toasted sour dough with apple butter. Awesome food for the price.

Dirty and our waitress was too busy chatting with hostess to take care of her customers. She had green hair and we asked her to bring our biscuits for the kids before meal twice. She brought out waters, but never returned for over 20 min. She was up talking to coworkers at the hostess stand and she finally came near by… we asked again for biscuits and she never came back.

So everything was great with our visit except for the waiter!! Food was delicious, atmosphere was relaxed, waiter was on mars!! Could BARELY understand anything he mumbled,which was everything, brought the wrong drinks and disappeared so long we just drank what we had.. then he brought out the food and my goodness everyone was missing something!! My apples came after I had eaten everything else so probably 20min after other food, my wife asked for cornbread instead of biscuits because of a gluten allergy when she ordered,those came out about 15min after her other food after his first attempt to just sit a biscuit down while walking SMH!! My daughter got pancakes and bacon, bacon came out 15min after food with cornbread and was cold and greasy plus he brought zero butter or syrup and I had to walk up and get her those.. my other Daughter ordered Chicken strips kids meal and it has 2 tiny pieces of chicken and a handful of fries.. then to top it all off the waiter just basically burnt out!! Had to get to go stuff from a waitress I flagged down after 25min of just waiting to see him.. everyone else was awesome but the 20 something guy that waited on us just literally seemed to not give a damn at all . I think in all we were stuck there for over 2hrs during our 9hr drive home.. that’s my experience
