Went today for brunch. Food was cooked perfectly so kudos to the chef. It’s normally very hard to get eggs fried correctly and these were just right. My daughter got Chicken and french toast, she said it was on point. My niece got the strawberry stuffed pancakes with cheesecake cream inside!!! Just yummylicious!

Placed an curbside order right at 7 am. Waited in my car a few minutes passed the time my food was supposed to be out. Went inside to get my order which was promptly handed to me. Drove 10 minutes home and ALL of my food was cold. Eggs, meat, french toast, even the fried apples. I paid extra for fresh strawberries and recieved a packet of jam instead. Will probably try another CB further away next time.

Absolutely disgusted! Went here last night (10/14/22) and had to send my fish fry (supposed to be cod) back after waiting to receive it for over an hour. Fish had gone bad (like bad bad-took one bite and it had a awful taste to it that even hubby agreed was bad), it was cold, had skin still on it, and was not even battered and fried correctly. They even threw a few fries on my plate and slopped a spoon full of mashed potatoes on top of the fries and tossed a few green onions on top with some bacon bits. I had previously had this exact meal at another Cracker Barrel location one week prior and absolutely loved it, so boy was I disappoint! To top it all off, my child ordered their scrambled egg & biscuit kids meal just to have it come cold, not scrambled and no biscuit (they had given us a basket of biscuits while we waited an hour and I had to add one to her plate). We asked for them to fix the scrambled eggs just to be given cold folded eggs. We sent it back. Our poor waitress was having to deal with such bad cooking that she seemed overwhelmed but still provided good service which was the only good thing of the entire experience. Ended up throwing up a little in the parking lot before leaving due to the lingering gone bad fish taste that Dr. Pepper couldn’t wash away and then later had to get something else to eat. I do not recommend this location at all! Management failed to maintain food quality, adequate staffing and standards. Go to the Old Fort location or Smyrna and save yourself the hassle of an hour plus wait for bad food. They even had one whole large section of the dining area closed off in an attempt to accommodate and when we initially arrived there was not that many people there. The table next to us even experienced horrible food and long wait times. Will not return.

The service for order taking was fine , after receiving the food it was horrible after calling in to try and get it fixed management refused stating that this is how they serve everyone. My family spends at least $50 per order several times per week and have never been more disappointed or disrespected by upper management. No offer to replace the order or missing items, no credit or refund offered. They have lost hundreds of dollars of my money weekly just for failure to do the job required of them . If i could have given food/management a zero I would have. I suggest not to eat at south church street Cracker Barrel if you want good food and good customer service.

Ordered dinner online tonight at exactly 5:58 pm it was two meals both exactly the same thing. Turkey and dressing with Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. Was told the order would be ready in 25-30 minutes. Show up at 6:25 pm along with 15 other people ordering to go orders and ended up not getting my order until 7:15 pm, that’s 45 minutes later than I was told. Everyone waiting was getting pretty annoyed. Uber drivers were annoyed pretty much all of us were at that point. Then someone who works there went up to each of us asking if we would be willing to take our orders without the bread and that might help speed up the process but nobody was offered a discount to do that. I paid for my meal with bread so I was not willing to not have bread. Only one person out of the 15 people waiting agreed to go without bread in order to speed it up. Guess what, he did not get his order any sooner than the rest of us even though now he got his order to go without bread. A friend posted on FB just yesterday about that same exact location, he ordered the Vegetable plate and he ordered it to eat there at the restaurant and he waited an excessive amount of time to get his food also and was told by the manager on duty that he would not discount his meal and that he also could not complain about the horrible service while on private property! That’s news to me that CB is private property and not a public establishment! Then we got the food home tonight and there literally was one small sliver of turkey in each meal enough for a 4 yr old even though we ate there 2 weeks ago on a Thursday as well and I got the same exact meal and got two big slices of turkey with each meal on that particular night. That’s not being very consistent on your portion sizes at all!!! CB your service has been sucking it up really bad lately and I’m hearing lots of complaints, y’all need to do better than this.

Not much of a wait on a Thursday morning about 9:30am. We ate breakfast here and it was meh… the hashbrown casserole was under cooked , the steak was too salty and too much garlic. The waitress had forgot some of the order but brought it promptly when reminded. Could be better but could be worse.
