First I could not place an order online. Then I tried for an hour to get someone to answer the phone so I could place a to go order and no one ever answered. I walked in to place an order and the waitress read my order back to me and the kitchen still got it wrong. I had to wait 45 minutes and had to ask several times if my order was ready but the girls on the cash register were more I treated in their phones than helping customers. I spent $72 tonight but it’s the last money I’ll ever spend at cracker barrel. I have been a customer as long as I can remember but I’m done.

It took fifteen to twenty minutes before the server came and took our order. Then there was a couple that came to sat next to us after our order was taken. They got waited on in 5 minutes. Got their food and was almost done eating, and we still had not received our food. We are of color and I really hope that had nothing to do with it. We Ask to speak to a manager.

I think this location needs better leadership. I made a to go order last week and arrived a little early. The lady at the front stated there weren’t any to go orders ready so I went to car. I came back around 10 minutes later and my order still wasn’t ready. I thought this was strange because it was minutes past the time it was quoted to be ready. The lady suggested I walk around and wait. I then overheard that there was a computer issue in the back and they dont know what’s going on. I then turn to lady and ask her if they know if there is an eta or they can even make the order. This was crazy to me because I have been in and out of this store twice, I already paid for my food and I have already been waiting, why wasn’t I told this? I could have made my order later or went somewhere else. Just judging from the way she responded and also the host desk they had no idea what to do. The manager should’ve came out and handled the confusion. I ended up walking around for about 20 minutes until my order finally was done. Things happen but its all in how you handle it. This wasn’t handled well.

Zeta Chambers
Our waitress had us wait an hour before we even received drinks, but she kept walking past us helping and serving everyone else. So an hour lunch break took 2 hrs by the time we got our food and could eat. I definitely don’t recommend this place for a fast lunch break. Food was ok. Not a lot of vegetarian options.
