We pulled up and the place was packed. We only waited 5 minutes though on a table. It is nice they have a way to text you for a table so you can wait in the car. Obviously the atmosphere is amazing with the antiques on the walls. I hope it never changes.

Overall, it was a good experience at Cracker Barrel today. The waitress was spread a little thin with several tables, so we did have to wait a little bit on some things, but that was in no way her fault. I love that cracker barrel offers impossible sausage. Also, everything in the gift shop was super cute!!

Great comfort food! Variety of meals, dessert, and beverages. Home style type atmosphere, lots of family and actual conversations going on while enjoying good food! Service is still reasonably expedient, but delay should be expected when the restaurant is super busy. It’s worth the wait if there is delay. Servers are super friendly, I have never gotten a rude server in the many times that I’ve eaten there. Prices are reasonable as well.

We had great time and grest food. I got the fried chicken. It was quite good. My 11 year old loved it! So did my fiance. Service wasn’t top-notch, but hey, he was busy and doing a lot. I recommend that you like good home cooking without the mess and clean up at home. Enjoy a drink there now, too. The mimosas are pretty good.

The waitress was exceptional. The food was not cooked thoroughly…any of it. Scrambled eggs well is hard to get wrong, but yeah, it was wrong. Sausage was NOT cooked near thoroughly enough, biscuits were doughy and the gravy was too thick and not hot. Sorry Cracker Barrel, but definitely needs work.

We had a great meal on Saturday at 11am. We were seated immediately. Melissa B was our server she was awesome she was quick and took great care of us. I had skillet sirloin sampler with the fried shrimp the steak was cooked perfect and was very flavorful. We will definitely be back.

I like Cracker Barrel……I don’t know the issue this particular day,(Knoxville) but the food was disgusting. Ordered a sirloin,medium. It was bleeding profusely. Mashed potatoes were stone cold. Corn was soggy mush and the broccoli was raw. I don’t ordinarily write reviews but my experience was disappointing. The waitress was fine and there were no other issues.
