Cracker Barrel in Jackson, you’ve won my heart with your pancakes and syrup! The Momma’s Pancake Breakfast is my go-to—a delightful combo of 2 eggs, crispy bacon, and the most heavenly pancakes. Seriously, these pancakes are the best I’ve ever had, and that syrup takes them to another level. The cozy vibes and friendly staff make it a complete package. The steaks and chicken were perfectly and delicious. The sides were a bit dry and plain. My server was awesome. The biggest downside was they were So busy and the tables so close together. Made me feel like I was dinning with 30 strangers. I will go back as prices are fair just this time after lunch rush.

I was amazed with the lunch I ordered, which was a Hash brown casserole. So much food to eat! I could only eat half of this very tasty and delicious meal. I was unable to eat the biscuits served with it because it was too much food for me! I highly recommend that if you are extremely hungry, please try the Hash brown casserole. It was truly amazing. They have plenty of parking spots and it’s handicap accessible. Also, I enjoy shopping in their gift area that has unique gift items.

My server Gayla was AMAZING!! The best service I’ve had in a long time! The hash brown casserole with steak tips she suggested was so good!! I don’t even eat breakfast like that, and I almost finished the whole thing. (Besides the old man that was mad at life sitting next to me) it was a perfect experience! I’ll definitely be back!

I have always loved Cracker Barrel…but my experience on New Years day was pretty bad…don’t get me wrong I still spent almost $200.00 on clothing. It was a terrible wait line, but I waited because I love Cracker Barrel. When I get seated and look around there are several empty tables, so I guess they just don’t have enough workers, trash all over the floors. My waitress was nice but never asked me if I would like a refill on my drink. My food was ok, but the turnip greens were inedible. I will give them another try, but not anytime soon.

So on a Saturday night, we come in at a little before 8:30, they close at 10. The host, Logan shouts “oh my god…! How many?!” At my wife. She says we have 3. He starts aggressively banging on the screen to get us seated and says “you’re gonna have to wait 5-10 minutes. I didn’t expect people to come in this late.” At this point I’m ready to walk out. He does sort of apologize , but he says “I’m sorry if you guys thought I was being really rude, I’m just really tired.” I wouldn’t have came in even this late, but I just got off work at 8. Afterwards, he calls our name. Which it did seem still aggressive and rude. We get up and another “I’m sorry if it seemed I was rude before” like at this point I don’t even want an apology but if you’re going to apologize why act like we took you being rude the wrong way? We get seated and our waitress, Selena was very good. She was very attentive getting our refills and making sure we were taken care of. The food was also pretty decent.

The food was good other than my husband’s pancakes tasted and felt like they were microwaved. We had a group of 20 plus, and the wait staff acted like we were an inconvenience. They didn’t even try to set us together. We ended up all over the restaurant. When asked why we couldn’t sit in the empty room in the back so that we could sit together. We were told that wasn’t a possibility. Needless to say, since we were separated all over the restaurant, none of our group even remotely got our food at the same time. Parents were getting their food before their children and vice-versa. It was ridiculous. Some of the tickets had tips added to them where others did not. Very disorganized, to say the least. As having worked in the food industry and have handled large groups, I was highly disappointed in the way we were treated like a burden.

My server was excellent! As for the atmosphere, that’s another story. The had been a family that had already left, leaving this large area full of dirty dishes, glasses etc that they had used. All of a sudden there loud dishes crashing! The server was clearing off the table and THROWING everything into the large bin! She seem ed ticked off!

Ordered curbside to go. Watched multiple people get their food and leave. Waited 45 minutes still no food. I went inside to find my food sitting on the counter. Don’t order to go just go in and eat. I don’t know why they even offer curbside.
