I’ve never had such bad service at cracker barrel. We waited 7-10 minutes on a waitress to just come take our drink order. Another 15-20 for our food and my husband’s meatloaf was cool to the touch. We couldn’t even complain/send it back because the waitress never came back to the table until we were done. My drink was empty, my plate still half full, and she never once asked how the meal was.

The server was excellent. We were a party of 11 and she handled it like it was a party of 2. Wish I would have gotten her name. The food was great and came out at a reasonable time. I had the tips, tenders, and shrimp. My wife had the maple bacon chicken. One of the best Cracker Barrel experiences I’ve had.

We stop by for dinner around seven had a 20 minute wait waiting for a while for the waitress to even show up to bring me some drink. We didn’t even have a waitress. The person that took our orders was polite, but did not get our orders correct.

The best Cracker Barrel I have been to, and believe me I have been to a lot of them. The staff is so courteous that there are no words to describe it. The food is fresh and filling. Nice clean restrooms. Our table help Leah was simply wonderful. She went out of her way to cut strawberries for my daughter, which normally other stores did not offer. Great work

Ate dinner here on our way from TN to IL. We had the Southern chicken and Roast beef with the loaded tots as appetizer. The chicken was dry and not tasty. The mashed potatoes were cold too. Disappointed (compared to my experience at their other locations). Our server Halee was nice though.

While my daughter and I weretravelling through KY we decided to have dinner here. We have been to several other Cracker Barrel locations and have always enjoyed the food as well as the service. With that being said, the service here was definitely lacking. The hostess sat us, took our drink order and brought our drinks. The server was seen a total of 2 times, once to take our order and the 2nd to bring the bill. We should have had corn muffins with our order however they never arrived, we were never asked if we needed drink refills (and we did). I ended up asking another server to get us to-go boxes. Overall the food was fine but the service was definitely lacking.

Great tasting southern food. It’s not at all healthy as they fry in soybean oil but it is tasty. Service is usually not very good. I think they just need more staff and people willing to work hard and have a passion and can get along and work with others. But that is any business now days. Could use better cleaning of tables and of course floors. Overall will return but would love to see more attentive servers.

Service was great even though it was really busy in the there. But Ms. Hailey was awesome, the food was fantastic ordered the momma’s platter 3 pancakes 2 eggs over medium with bacon. Atmosphere was good other than it being really busy and somewhat loud. Will definitely go back soon.

We ate dinner at this Cracker Barrel tonight since it is near our hotel. We had a great, friendly waitress & the food was very good. The only negative was the hostess, who clearly was miffed when we asked to sit at 1 of the many open tables by the window so we could watch our loaded Suburban. She made us go into another section & sit in a tight space between 2 full tables!
