We coincidentally ate hear twice in the past few weeks after having lived in the area years and rarely eating here… Party of 2 on a Thursday like at 8, and party of 6 Friday at 7… Both times our servers were pleasant and checked on us consistently despite being busy. Ordering and food wait times were fine and food was hot enough. Love the store too and will be back again.

We went on a Sunday and it was packed. Our wait wasn’t too bad, probably about 30 min. Food was good but my pancakes had nuts in them that I didn’t order. That may have been bad if I had allergies. The latte machine was broken, no hot chocolate either, which is my daughter’s favorite drink there. The server was very nice but they were busy so the service was slow. But we would go back….love the menu and the store is fun to browse while you wait. They always have such unusual options. We bought a Burt’s bees pumpkin spice lip balm. I haven’t seen that item anywhere else (though FYI when it said pumpkin spice – it literally means ginger, cinnamon, and clove flavored – not sweetness or pumpkin taste to it)

This is our preferred location and we eat here several times a year.. The staff is always friendly and I love to come here and shop while I wait. Like all their stores, there is nowhere for the guests waiting to be seated to congregate without either being the way of shoppers, people trying to get past to be seated, or people trying to check out. I would think by now, Cracker Barrel would have come up with a solution for this issue. The food is usually spot on. Sometimes it leaves a little to be desired, but usually is great. The meatloaf is my favorite. Sometimes food comes out super fast and other times it seems to take forever (even with there are not a lot of patrons). The give good sized portions for a reasonable price. We have ordered take out a few times and it has been correct each time.

Great food with great prices every time we’ve been. However the service is always slow and they never bring out everything we order(appetizers after the main meal, forgetting apple butter, never bringing napkins). It’s also super cold so if you do plan on coming wear a coat or heavy jacket!

When I walk into a Cracker Barrel I enjoy the gift shop, service was prompt and courteous, orders were taking quickly and I enjoy the atmosphere as I wait for my food to arrive. My daughter enjoys playing the golf tee peg game that’s on the table. The food arrived hot and delicious I enjoy the steak cooked perfectly, and the cheesy potatoes. The Grits were nice and thick and not runny. The orange juice was very good and not watery.
