Waited a whole hour on food this afternoon 8/28/13. Me and hubby food was cold. Had waitress to take food back. I ordered southern fried chicken they reheated chicken instead of making fresh, chicken crust was hard as a rock. Chicken no season and dry, my sides, mashed potatoes and dumplings not hot and no steam!!! Hubby meat loaf over cooked and cold and his sides!! Manager took cold meat loaf and brought him out a half done meat loaf No season the worst Cracker Barrel we ever been to!! Will NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT CRACKER BARREL. The Manager and Cooks need to be terminated!!! My hubby is a cancer patient and was hungry to be served some DOG FOOD like that!! We left that mess right on the table!! I’m heart broken that we were served old, cold and nasty unseasoned food!! DO NOT GO THERE!! This the 1st review I ever did on a Cracker Barrel!! Please be aware!!

And the shopping… from old fashioned candies and treats to children’s clothes, old records & candles & treats to military clothing…there’s something here for everyone! The server made our experience horrible. She did not greet us in a timely matter. Another table that arrived after us were taken care of first by another server. At least the other server told her table she would be right with them. Ours was no where to be found. I was ready to walk out. She then finally came over and wasn’t pleasant at all. She did not smile or apologize for our wait. Our food was ok not as good as I remember it. We asked for biscuits but she brought us corn bread. My son’s breakfast didn’t come with the potatoes that’s in the picture. I wasn’t offered a refill on my drink. We weren’t given any napkins. It just felt like every time we asked for something she had a problem with it. Yet I watched her at another table laughing and smiling. Just more friendly towards them. I don’t know what her problem is but she’s bad for business. I used to work in the restaurant business and that is not how I was told to treat customers. Very disappointing experience.

Had to try the new cheesecake filled pancakes. It was delicious. I didn’t think I would like the strawberry syrup. Service was great and the food was good. I love the 5 dollar meal solution options available. I purchased a chicken and mash potatoes for my son for dinner.

Our server, Brianne, did such a fantastic job. Our wait for our table was short, on a Sunday morning. The food did take awhile to come out, but I can’t complain since it was such a busy day for the staff. Our server kept our drinks full at all times, and gave us biscuits to hold us over since the food took awhile. Food was delish!! Thank you Brianne and all staff 😀

Well Haven’t Been Here In Over A Year, It’s Not As Crowded/Wait Time As I Remember. Ordered Sample Breakfast ($9.99), Child’s Breakfast-($4.99). Disliked Sausages, Pancakes Were Great, Orange Juice/Disliked. Waitresses Blah!! Uneventful. Additional Visit $40- Via 2adults + 1child For Breakfast Food.

It’s admittedly been a while since my previous visit, but I can say for certain that the food quality seems to have gone down since my last visit. Maybe it was just an off day, but everyone in my group of 7 said the same thing.

I’ve never been so disappointed with this place before. I usually get breakfast, so that could be why. Who messes up breakfast? I got fried cat fish, corn, and sweet carrots, and it came with 2 hush puppies. The corn and carrots were way overcooked. The hush puppies were nothing but grease, and the fish was just ok. Will never be eating dinner there again.

Mid road trip I decided to order dinner from this location. It was my first and last time there. My food wasn’t ready until 46 minutes after they said it would be. Somehow my order was lost and needed to be remade. I manager was nice but that doesn’t change the fact that it was a ridiculous wait.
