Had a nice little road trip and of course we had to stop at cracker barrel. What kind of American road trip isn’t complete without a stop here. I got a breakfast that was delicious and the wife got an amazing chicken dinner. The kids menu items could use a little work but the kid said it was all delicious. Thank you for a great dinner!!!! 3rd visit, ordered the food country boy breakfast with pancakes. Pancakes were cooked perfectly, with an nice soft crust around the edges, eggs hash browns were cooked well, server was great, attentive but not overbearing, nice atmosphere, my only gripe was that I ordered the steak medium rare and it was way past that (pics are deceiving) but had good seasoning. Clean restrooms.

It is a great place to have a very American meal when you are on the road. The atmosphere is good and the service is fast. It is pretty cheap, to be a place where you are served on the table. I really enjoy the All day breakfast options on the menu. But it can be busy as it is very popular. While you wait you can browse their shop, that is super fun, full of useless stuff and threats. In my opinion, great value for money.

We came to get dinner tonight and the service was terrible. Mike was our server and he did a very poor job. Over charged us for things we did not order. My husbands meal came with 2 sides and we got charged for both. The main meal was supposed to be biscuits and gravy, and guess what, no gravy. Could I have asked for it, yes, but he never came back. When he dropped off our bill he set it on top of our dirty dishes and didn’t take them away. I didn’t have time to ask about the bill because we never saw him. Thankfully management was able to refund me and I truly appreciate them but, seriously get a server who wants to be there. Guaranteed he played on his phone the whole time instead of coming to help us when he messed up two orders.

Traveling from out of state… wasn’t busy at our time of visit and service was slow. Good food. Would not come back to this location based on service alone.

Person had phone blaring, asked waitstaff to ask this person to lower volume this person was lost. Went to the disturbing person and they lowered volume. Many people were relieved. Food came, cold,greasy undercooked bacon. No flavor in gravy. My parents raved about Cracker Barrel 20 years ago. Finally went and will not go back. Took me 2 minutes in microwave to cook bacon.

Food and service were TERRIBLE. Client served 3 other families there food that came after us. Waitress NEVER offered refills, and NEVER came back to check on our table. I am a regular here…. not anymore. Salad was missing requested ingredients, but because she ignored us the WHOLE TIME, order could not be fixed. Steak was WELL DONE instead of Medium RARE. I refused to send it back for fear of something worse
