First steak was medium rare when I ordered medium well. Took about 12 minutes to get new steak so food was all cold. French fries were old and hard like they had set in a basket. One guy was waiting several tables while other staff was watching. I used to eat here frequently during business travel but will never return. Gross overpriced food. When I told the cashier she just made a cringe face and never got a manager. Hire competent people!! Direct reflection of management. Don’t waste your money on this place!

Kudos to the CB restaurant in Monroe Louisiana!! I normally don’t rate my Cracker Barrel. But the one in Shreveport LA omg Ms Peaches was wonderful. I almost got on my knees and propose to her. To coy a phrase from the movie. Old brother, Where are thou, “she’s a suitor.”

We had a horrible experience with a waitress at lunch. While being shown to our seat, we asked if we could sit at the next table. She went to check and another waitress came along with a group of people and said it was fine to sit there. After we sat down, the original waitress came back and said we had to get up. My friend has mobility issues and they wanted to sit us in another part of the restaurant. It was very confusing and upsetting. After we got up, I asked why did we have to move after being told it was okay. The waitress said because it wasn’t your table. After being shown to another table, we left because we figured at this point she would take forever with our food. The waitress who had tried to help apologized for the experience as we were leaving.

This was my first time eating here but not for my significant other he had been here his whole life. We didn’t wait long maybe 15 minutes and walked around the general store. Faith was our server. We sat down for 10 minutes before she came to our table and took our drink order. Then she disappeared for 10 more minutes no drinks yet. She didn’t know anything about menu items when it came down to items for allergies. If we asked for something she told us hold on she had to go “ drop food for the other table” we were just like oh okay. She walked past many times saying things to us but we didn’t understand. She then apologized to her other tables around us about things. she spilt our drinks and left her tablet on our table. She was very rude when We were trying to order she kept cutting us up and telling us “ hold up start over” we literally ordered French toast. We asked for biscuits to come out before our meal and she said “ they come with your meal” and we replied we know can we have them before and she rolled her eyes. As soon as she walked away I asked someone for the manager. I’m sorry but I cannot deal a server being rude and cutting me off when I’m asking a question or trying to tell you my order. The manager came by and apologized and switched our server to Kimberly. I never did get the manager’s name.Kimberly immediately brought out our biscuits and her favorite jam it was amazing. Kimberly’s attitude and service was 100% better than Faith’s.

Amazing experience. In an extreme power outage, they were one of the only places open within an hour and they were great. Fast service (with an online reservation) and an amazing waitress. Brought us extra biscuits with no hesitation. The food was great as usual.
