This was a stop we made coming through Tucson. We figured we’d never been to one so let’s give it a try. I’m sure it was a one off but ended up getting food poisoning from the pot pie. Everyone else’s food was fine. Unfortunate but any kitchen can have a bad day. Everything else was great from the greater and waitstaff to the fun atmosphere they’ve created. I can’t say that I recommend the potpie but it’s safe to assume that’s not normally the result. Overall if you’ve never been it’s worth checking out on your way through town

Our party was pleasantly surprised to find out adult beverages are now offered. Although the drink menu is not extensive, the mimosas were perfect for a Sunday brunch. Very few healthy food offerings.

For some reason we kept having two different waitresses coming to our table? One of them was very good, however the 1st one not so much. She kept forgetting our order. We hadn’t been here in a very long time and decided to make the trip. Food and employees in the store were excellent. Love the nostalgia!

I don’t have a Cracker Barrel in my state and that upsets me. Visiting this restaurant for the first time, makes me want to return. The service was amazing, our waitress did a fantastic job managing a table of 8. All of our needs were met and she was very sweet. The food is great and the servings are pretty deceiving. You get a lot of food for the price, and it is quality food. Lastly, the shop within the restaurant is so cute and has many many trinkets, for all us trinket lovers. Cannot wait to return.

Good food, service was great. I’ll pass on the 6.00 take home meals, not very tasty.

The gift shop is amazing coolest items and cutest clothes and most amazing deals and merchandise like no other stores around what an amazing display and atmosphere! The dining areas a little on the dark side inside decorative and color wise for my taste but easy on the eyes atleast. Food came out hot but daughters kids menu pancakes tasted burnt but I didn’t even try them until we got home so I’m sure if I made it aware to the staff they would have replaced them and corrected the issue they were so great about keeping the coffee coming

I’m saddened we finally make it to Cracker Barrel and they don’t have fried catfish any longer. 🙁 The chicken pot pie was okay. I’m not a fan of phillo dough crust. The cheeseburger was juicy. The meatloaf was moist and delicious.

It was absolutely great. Good was fantastic, service was wonderful, I loved the little gift shop inside which had so many wonderful things to choose from. Was a little pricy but well worth it. Everybody was on point. Server was constantly checking on us refilling drinks, checking to see if we want dessert, making sure our food was satisfactory, and just simply checking in our comfort. They really know what they’re doing.

Every single time I come to eat breakfast at the Barrel, there is always something new. Cinnamon roll lattes……what?!……had to try. It wasn’t overly sweet. Just a hint of cinnamon roll. Had my standard “build a breakfast”. Got so hung up on the peg game that I had to purchase one. Could not get past three pegs. As the game says…” I guess I’m just plain dumb”. Lol
