Dropped in on a Saturday morning for breakfast. Pretty standard diner setup with counter space, booths and tables. Has that been here a while vibe. I’d say the staff was very pleasant rather than friendly. I ordered a couple of breakfast biscuits, smoked ham, egg and cheese and country ham egg and cheese. I was hoping a place like this would have the smoked ham carved off a ham bone but it was just a couple of slices of thin sliced processed ham. That was disappointing but the country ham was everything it should have been. Nicely salty, tender enough to get a good bite and solid enough to get a good jaw work out. They kept the coffee cup full with decent coffee too. Overall good experience but skip the smoked ham.

I will Never try to eat at this place again. My soon to be husband & I, getting married today. WE went to eat breakfast. I pulled the fork out and wiped the fork and there was greese on it. My husband had food stuck on the fork. I told the waitress , she ask if we wanted plastic. I said yes please. Then she looks at it and saids it’s not dirty. So I told her. I had just wiped greese off of it, don’t tell me itsnt dirty.. I told my husband I’m not eating here and we left. The clock may cost more but, we were treated with respect. The clock has better customer service & I’m sure the foods better.

The orka is great and the sweet tea is really good, though any more sugar it would be too sweet. The country fried steak was good though the brown gravy was a tad salty. The only part my husband and I didn’t really care for were the homemade fries. They were soggy and unsalted. Could be fixed by just drying them once they’re out of the fryer.

Food is a decent value but the one server is snide and rude. Every time we go we hope we don’t get her but always seem to, sadly. If she’d drop her $@%! don’t stink attitude, then I would enjoy coming to this place. Most other people who work here are fairly cordial otherwise.

3/17/23. Ordered through door dash. Food was fresh and hot, 2 items were missing, spoke with staff at restaraunt who agreed to make it right. Staff was pleasant and I’m looking forward to my next meal.
