I’ve been experimenting with pizza since 2005.
In 2012 experiencing with different types of material for making dough yes you guessed, it was crackers and
here was the name Crackers Pizza.
The crust became even more clear in 2019 Working with Robyn Lanee Esparza in her kitchen perfecting the cracker crust breakthrough.
It was amazing what I learned over the years on perfecting this cracker crust with out using Crackers. It’s not the crackers that make it the cracker crust it’s how it’s formed into its own unique cracker crust. It’s science, art, in baking skills play a role in making the cracker crust.

We just moved to the Kenosha/pleasant prairie area and kept driving pass this place to try it out. We finally tried it yesterday and we are so so glad we stopped by. The owner is so nice and friendly and the whole place just gives off this really wholesome vibe. The pizza was great and amazingly thin and crispy. The flavor was really good and I can’t wait to go back for more to try out the rest of the menu! I think everyone should stop by this place.

I’m one that loves to try local places to support them. I’ve passed by this place all the time and finally decided that today was the day to try it, and boy am I glad I did. I got their Meat Lover’s Pizza and it was fantastic! Not only are the staff there very friendly, but the food was great, and the service was exceptional. Highly recommend!

We tried the Taco pizza and a white pizza. Both were excellent!!!! Love the thin crust! The taco pizza was perfect and thankfully no refried beans. We will definitely be going back for more.

My rating is only based on service or lack there of, unfortunately I haven’t had an opportunity to try the food because every time I’ve visited this place to give it a try they’re not open. I’ve tried at least 3 or 4 different times and the last time I saw a sign on the window that explained they would be closed until a certain date but it was 2 to 3 days after the date on the note. It would have been nice to actually give a rating based on the food and service. I love pizza and I enjoy trying new places so I’m going to continue to try and catch this place open so I can give them a chance to change my rating.

I visited Crackers Pizza for the first time today. Don’t let the tiny size of the place fool you…this pizza is HUGE on flavor! The crust is fabulous (so crispy) and SO much cheese! Best sausage I have ever had on a pizza. To top it off, Randy is just a great, friendly guy! Try it…you will not be sorry!

SO glad we stopped to try the pizza here! The slices are huge and made fresh to order with all fresh ingredients. The crust was perfectly thin and crispy. It is very reasonably priced, and the owner is friendly! He was out of homemade root beer, but that just gives us an excuse to come back for more soon!

Pizza is really good! We had a cheese & sausage slice and a cheese, pepperoni, mushroom slice. We left it in the car while we grocery shopped and at it about half an hour later. So good! Not even sure exactly how to describe the crust, it’s like it’s edge to edge pizza, no real edge of crust. The sausage was good, the sauce is very flavorful and not too sweet. The wait was about 10 minutes, this is baked as it is ordered. We will definitely be back!
