I came with a group of fellow restaurant coworkers during the soft opening, and I have to say that we all loved our experience! The atmosphere, service, drinks and food are all on point. My favorite was the short ribs. They fell apart upon contact as a perfectly cooked short rib should! Thank you so much for inviting us and we will be back!

Craft 2700 is THE BEST new place to go to!! It’s not the Old Freymoyers anymore! This is a gorgeous newly renovated restaurant and bar in Muhlenberg Township. It officially opens beginning of April, with a phenomenal food and drink menu everyone will love! The GM and head Executive Chef I know personally and they have gone above and beyond to bring every customer the best experience ever! Make sure to enjoy a meal and beverage here often ( you won’t regret it). The Partners/owners have outdone themselves with this gem!! Well done!!

Absolute best! From the service to the variety of drinks, beautiful atmosphere and the bar area is welcoming and relaxing. Love the energy of the chef! Looking forward to spending lots of time there to enjoy a nice meal or just a drink at the bar!

The atmosphere is fun and the music was great. Ordered cocktails off a menu we were given, but told this wasn’t valid, so we attempted to use QR Code, but that also wasn’t working. Waitress had no idea what they could offer, so we got basic drinks – no Patron and no Kettle One. Waited almost 2 hours for our food!! The waitress checked in once, said there was an issue with sweet potatoes, so we changed our side. Mentioned the management being sorry, yet we never saw them. Food finally came with the sweet potatoes. It was good, but we will unfortunately not return. Waitress was young and inexperienced. No one seemed to care!

Recently opened and nicely remodeled restaurant. Large bar with plenty of seating and multiple TV’s so you don’t miss your favorite team. Plenty of domestic beer offerings as well as crafts. One of the few places that offers flights. Disappointed in some of their craft prices as several are only offered in 10oz glasses for $8-9. Usually only see those prices on high ABV beers and the two I had were only 6%. Food was good. I had the chicken sandwich and my wife had the fish sandwich. The roll on both of our sandwiches was good, however it broke apart and did not hold the contents well resulting in need for several napkins. Fries were seasoned well and crispy until the end. Staff were friendly and attentive. Looking forward to nice weather and checking out their outside area. We will be sure to stop in again.

We’ve been in a few times now. Initially the service was friendly but quite slow, but that appears to be improving as they get established. The food and drinks are quite good, honestly, but the prices are high. I realize they are a from-scratch establishment, but I did not expect to pay $14 for a meatless salad and another $14 to add 1/3 of a smaller steak to it. But it was delicious. We’ll likely be back, just rarely.

The service was great, the atmosphere also great. I’ve not been here since the old Frymoyers Hotel and the change is incredible. They did an amazing job but I will give 4 stars for the food. My meal was good but the menu is not my taste. We took family out for a birthday and had a great time in a beautiful restaurant. Had I looked at the menu prior I probably would of went elsewhere. I could careless about the price which wasn’t bad at all but like I said this is not my style of food. I wished I could of gotten a good lobster and thick Porterhouse or even crab legs but that isn’t available. The food was very good just not my style. If you want a nice dinner night out then I suggest check out the menu and if it’s your type food go and enjoy. You won’t be disappointed.
