My Dad and I were looking for a quick bite to eat before a show. It is a kiosk in a food court. It was misleading based on the pictures and reviews but I thought it was delicious. There was one cook and he cooked both our meals in less than 10 minutes. The fries were lacking some flavor but were a little crispier than McDonalds fries. My burger was a little salty but cooked perfectly around the edges and was simple yet very flavorful.

Restaurant is in food hall in downtown. Service was great. The chef was accommodating and friendly. He is also a fellow New Jersey native. The food is reasonably priced. I came to try the oxtail burger. Portions were great.

The restaurant is located inside the plaza, at the end of the entrance, you can order yourself your food and somebody will prepare it for you, the burger was good and also the cheese curds. The fire alarm of the building was on for the entire hour we were there, a little bit uncomfortable for the workers and the costumers.

Very disappointing. Sweet potato fries were soggy and unseasoned, worst we’ve ever had. Chicken sandwich, which was a “must try,” was so drenched in sauce (a cheap tasting honey mustard like sauce) that you couldn’t taste anything else. I don’t even know if the chicken was good or not, just way too much sauce. The burger was very basic, little to no seasoning, and really nothing special about it. The only thing that stood out was the toasted bun, which should not be the highlight of the meal. I hope management will consider this feedback to improve their products.

Today was my first time trying this place. I walked TEN MINUTES from work on my lunchbreak to get here to try out and support this B.O.B at the Finn Hall location. I ordered the classic cheeseburger adding bacon (no pink) and added and an order of fries. My burger was pink and missing the top bun and the bacon. I paid $18.12, plus a $2 tip for this foolery. Never again. The gentleman who rang me up was very kind and even gave me a free bottle of water. However, this was too much money to spend on an incorrect half done burger. It really sucks to get back to the office, sit down, open your lunch and realize it’s not what you paid for. I’m not pleased and do not recommend

Burger enthusiasts will appreciate these burgers! Really fresh, quality ingredients. I recommend adding their delicious truffle mayo to whatever you order. The fried chicken sandwich is also really good, so are the fries -basically everything I’ve ever ordered was great! Online ordering is really simple and my food is always ready on time and packaged well for to-go. Great customer service.

I am a burger lover. It takes a lot for a burger to impress me. I had the Bacon BBQ burger and fries. Wonderful experience. The bacon on the burger was amazing. Good portions. Price for burger, fries, drink, tax and tip was $20. Fries are well seasoned, crispy and not oily. Burger was so juicy. Loved it.
