I started coming here back in 2021 and it was so good, I recommended it to everyone all the time. The past couple times they have completely missed the mark. Once my burger was extremely salty, ir tasted like they dumped the salt shaker on it, I had to call and get a refund for that. This most recent time was what really made me write this review. When I got home with my burger and opened it up, the amount of ketchup and mustard on it was ridiculous, the patty was falling apart and the bun was soaked. Not sure what happened or if the ketchup/mustard bottles exploded when they squeezed it out but they should not have sent out a burger that looked like that. Long story short when you give a place so many chances to get it right and they continuously miss the mark, it’s time to stop giving them chances. We won’t be back.

After hearing the office go on and on about this place… A few of us came here for lunch and very glad we did! Co-workers got some pretty amazing burgers according to them, and I got the shrimp BLT. Wow very tasty and very similar to a shrimp poor boy but served on a craft bun. Definitely we will be back to try some of the different burgers they serve all are very unique and look delicious.

The atmosphere is fast food like and nothing special (maybe 3 stars), but the food is top notch, so I’m giving them 5 stars. I will be going back frequently. They have so many burgers to try, I had a hard time choosing. I had the southern burger; it had pimento cheese – delicious! My husband had the burger with corn on it, and he said it was also delicious. The truffle fries are also very good.

Great tasting burger. Had the Craft classic. The bun was a little tasteless and fell apart. The patty was huge. Fresh toppings. Plenty of fries . Military discount too. I’ll give them another chance I carried out!!!

Great burgers, fast services, and great staff! The only draw back it’s not ideal for a large group and super crowded. We went with my soccer team and no where to sit and some had to order the food to go, but other then that it was great! So no larger party, no date location unless it’s to go, and if you are lucky to find a place to eat better hold on to seat.

This is my favorite burger place. The atmosphere is nice and the burgers are amazing! I get the “BLAT” with a side of fries. The fries here are the greatest part. Both the standard and sweet potato fries are equally good and I always get a side here because it’s not the same without them. Craft Burger is a gem.

My first experience here was 5 stars but my second experience was not nearly as good. I ordered buffalo fries. Apparently they should be called buffalo and blue cheese fries because they were smothered in blue cheese (yuck) but that was not anywhere in the description. I paid extra for onion rings on my burger and they forgot to include them and there was enough mustard on my burger for 4 burgers. I will give it another try and hopefully it is more like my first 5 star experience rather than this 3 star one.

I will not be back to this location. The food did not taste as good as the Alpharetta location. The service was good but I was not able to finish my hamburger or fries. I almost made it halfway through the burger (about 3 bites) but couldn’t make myself continue. Our bill was $54 and we threw the rest of the food away. This location is a lot smaller which was not a problem but considering I ordered The Southerner (same as the Alpharetta location) and it tasted nothing like the one I had before, I cannot refer anyone to this location.

Finally had the chance to try this burger place in my area. It was huge and not greasy at all. We customized our burgers and had the fried cheese patty inside and that was pretty good. Take out packaging was neat. 4 stars because overall seasoning was lacking. But still a great burger spot! Would order again.

Every time I go to craft burger, I cannot get past the Herbed chicken sandwich for its deliciousness. I have in fact gone in there to get a burger and have yet to actually order one because the chicken sandwich is just that good. It is far and away the finest chicken sandwich on the planet and its combinations are fabulous. The only complaint I had was that the Suwanee store on Old Milton Pkwy does not carry your house made dill pickles, just the sweet ones. This is unfortunate as I really look forward to finding those in your other locations.
