3 ✨First timers. The bowls and sushi were outstanding. We arrived with one man ahead of us ordering takeout and a seated two-top with an infant. 5 on staff (on the line), we ordered, payed and got a beverage. There were no clean tables. I wiped off a table with napkins and about then our roll came out. I commented there weren’t clean tables and was met with “yeah I know we’ve been really busy.” I get it, I was in restaurant biz for 30+ years. About 10mins later the other table left. No new orders came in. One young lady looked utterly confused when she came out and removed the trash from the table. She threw it away and went to the back of the house. That was it. We sat for about :40 mins and no one came out to clean tables. Two women chatted at the line (also restocking etc), two dudes disappeared. If you don’t want to focus on cleanliness in the front of the house, consider having a roll of paper towels and some spray we can use to clean the tables. My husband got violently ill within two hours of eating there. We believe it was his lunch, but putting this in here bc I’ve noticed another review stating they got sick. We will go back and try it again, probably just order takeout though.

I had a poke bowl from here today. It was my first time checking them out and I have to say that my bowl was absolutely delicious. I am definitely coming back before I head out of town. The people were very friendly too. If you like poke as much as I do, please give them a shot.

Been to this place many times and “loved it”, unfortunately I won’t be coming back after my last order. The salmon was a weird pink color not the type of pink or red it should be, and had a weird taste to it also it shredded up in my mouth and while mixing like wet soggy paper clumped together. Not sure if they are using a new merchant but it looked like this new 3D printed meat

Would not recommend at all. The sushi roll was tasteless and falling apart. There is WAY better sushi places out there for WAY cheaper. I got the Philadelphia roll. I will not be trying this again, it’s nothing special and the price is too much.

Nice, bright, clean shop. There are custom bowls (or rolls) or you can build your own. Very helpful staff. We’d never had poke bowls, so they helped us figure out what we might like, and it was GOOD!

This is the Crab Rangoon Bowl. Absolutely fantastic. I wish I had known this place existed months ago. So fresh and delicious and reasonably priced. If you’re a fan of sushi I highly recommend this place. They even have an option to let you build your own roll or Bowl. Some of the best sushi in town hands down.

I love the concept of craft sushi. Sushi in Springfield has almost exclusively been fancy restaurants with higher prices. Sushi is fast food, people. This place offers great food at a good price in a laid-back fast-food setting. We’ve had rolls, bowls, seaweed salads, and a soup. Everything was great. Pictured in this review is a poke bowl with white rice, crab(imitation), cucumber, green onion, carrot, avocado, apples, and topped with siracha mayo, spicy korean, sweet chile, and toasted nori.
