Honestly this place isn’t worth it. You could go somewhere better. Dry brisket, too much seasoning on the wings, dry fries, thick cut jalapeños- I mean I love food but this was one of my least favorite places to eat at. Definitely not recommending.

Worst restaurant downtown, bad food and bad service. Got the bobcat cheese fries that supposedly have brisket on them but no clue what type of meat it really was, needless to say we didn’t finish it. There are tons of better places around with better quality of food and service.

The seats were sticky and the cups were dirty with something floating in the water. The servers were getting ice from a dirty ice chest. Not sanitary at all or clean. Most importantly it was not a welcoming atmosphere.

Worst service. Waited 45 minutes in a non crowded restaurant for my food to not be brought out to me. Asked the waitress if she could check on it, and she said it was on the way. Waited another 10 mins in an even less busy restaurant, to still have my food not brought out. We got up, paid for our drinks and left and went to McDonald’s. I’m pretty sure neither the owners nor the managers care, because the place is ran like nobody is holding anything accountable.

After seating ourselves, as per the sign, 2 large groups came in and did the same. They were served before us; drinks, orders taken, etc. We looked around to see at least 2 servers on their phones and apparently nobody taking care of the section we were in. At least 1 other table was dealing with the same thing when we looked around as they had been there before us and still hadn’t been served. I normally have a great experience here and wanted to share one of my favorite places, but I was extremely disappointed tonight. After about 15 minutes we got up and left.
