We dined in on an early Sunday, so it wasn’t as busy. They were able to seat my party of 10 with no issues, just had to call the day before. No complaints. Food was seasoned, waitress was attentive, place was clean.

Our waitress needs better customer service. After our order was placed and received, we never were asked how our food was. Even worst, my drink was utterly done. I had to ask for another drink. When it was time for us to leave, my fiance had to stand up for someone to realize we were done. He was generous to tip her $12. If it were me, I would’ve tipped $5 so she could understand how bad her service was.

We had D’Angelo as our server, and he was ABSOLUTELY professional, kind, with alot of mannerism. It appeared he was the server f/ the entire dinning area, and he perfect i believe he exceeded the expectations. We were there celebrating my 5 yr old grandson graduation.

The waiter Deon or something with a D . Was trying to be funny or sarcastic with me. It was a birthday dinner, and soon you walked in boom, they tell you that your tip will be included in your bill. At least wait for everyone to come in, especially my mom, whose handicap. The drinks are terrible, and instead of a martini glass, it was served in a wine glass. ♀️ ♀️. I can not make this up ! First and last time, I would step into that restaurant again.

Food was well seasoned and arrived hot and quick. HOWEVER, we DID NOT receive a 1/2 lb of shrimp and snow crab clusters. When it was brought to the managers attention he advised they do not weigh the crabs they go by “visual weight.” I have ordered the same exact thing at other Crafty Crab locations and definitely received more than just one cluster in the 1/2 lb order. If you’re going to sell something by weight or charge a customer by weight they should receive what they pay for.

Experience is always great here, prices are fair it’s seafood expect to spend some money. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We have sat down and ordered take out, usually get the seafood platters and then add extras on to it, but honest the small platter is big enough for two of us. Their hush puppies are great as well. Seasoning is mild , but they have spicy ones available as well.
