My husband and I are Vegan. The first time we went we asked if they could make the Longleaf vegan. The chef came out to ask if there was anything else they could add to make the sandwich better. We loved the additions she recommended. Everyone there were so gracious and went overboard to make us a wonderful meal. We go back every time we are in town.

Learnt about this place via Cola Today and was pleasantly surprised to have such a cool spot in Columbia. Really good selection of sandwiches and salads. Really good service too! Had Longleaf Street and Meadow Street sandwich in the past and Webster Street sandwich this time around: all delicious. Since it’s a market, they have a variety of local goods available for purchase. Bought a jam from them and loved it!

The tomatoes pie panini was very cheesy. The tomatoes didn’t have much flavor but it’s early in the season for really flavorful local tomatoes. The bread used for the sandwich was tasty and held up well with the tomatoes and melted cheese. I’ll be back to try the curry chicken salad next.

I stopped in to grab some lunch to-go today and was met with super friendly and personable service. I ordered the butternut bisque (soup of the day) and the Longleaf Vegetarian sandwich, and both items were fantastic! They even brought the food out to my car when it was ready. Can’t wait to visit again soon.
