I have never done this and it showed. The workers were very patient in explaining what we were supposed to be doing. It’s a laid back atmosphere. Love the music, decor and ambiance. There is also a patio for those that want to sit outside. Serves food and drinks.

I don’t usually review hookah bars unless it’s really bad. But this place has good atmosphere, and staff are friendly. Food surprised me, I ordered the chicken shawarma wrap, even the small details in veggies are tasteful and not bland. Prices are good and fair. Overall great first impression

I came in and was greeted to take menu and sit down. After sitting down I had to wave the waiter down to take my order in which she gave me the finger to wait which I did. Then I ordered my hookah head because the hookah was already sitting on the table when we I arrived. After receiving my hookah it took nearly 30 minutes to get the coals by which time it was 12:30 a.m when waiter brought them out and rudely replied to my “these are small since your impatient” I respectfully replied “you guys close at 2 a.m correct” and she said “yes”. Long story short the Lounge was not busy and this was the longest and worst experience I had at this establishment!

So this place use to be my friends’ and I go to place. Today I had the worst experience ever. I don’t usually write reviews but the staff here totally wanted to embarrass me. FOLKS DONT GO HERE! The ownership has changed and they ID…… they were about to not let me in because I had my 18 year old sister with me! After speaking to the manager they said they would “let it slide” and I told them she has no interest in smoking anyways. So we got seated, and no they didn’t have any of the drinks I wanted off their menu… once my friends arrived the waiter started asking for Id’s once again…. Even though the manager had said it was okay. YES we were are all CLEARLY over the age of 21. After embarrassing us in front of everyone we decided to leave. So then the manager wants to step in and say “comp the drinks” as of money is the issue…… if the owners read this review please train your staff to be a little more kind and respectful. Crave hookah lounge has lost a loyal customer, and I will be sure to inform all of my friend group!

I went to this new hookah lounge last night and did not expect much, but their hookah turned out to be really good! The food is really fresh and had amazing presentation. The staff was really nice and kept checking on us. I appreciate a good hookah lounge in the neighborhood. Very convenient location! Will be coming back with friends!
