I love smoothies, and I care a lot about nutrition and taking care of my body. Naturally, I was excited to learn that there was a new place to grab a smoothie close to my house. It was a mistake. Whatever this “peanut butter banana” shake is, it doesn’t have any real fruit in it. It tastes like a banana Laffy Taffy, and I’m doubtful about it being good for my body, based on the overwhelming “protein powder and artificial sweeteners” aftertaste. I’m at Smoothie King now.

Crave Fit has Shakes, loaded energy drinks and specialty energy drinks! My FAVS so far are Turtle Cheesecake and Pretty in Pink Energy drink…. SO YUMMMM! The shakes are a meal replacement with 200-250 calories, low carbs and sugar…. The energy drink is NO sugar and only 24 calories! They give you great energy, focus, and Vitamins….without the guilt of high sugar energy drinks! Also, they have KID options!!!
