This place was just ok. Walked in and nobody was at the counter, 2 people ahead of me said they’d been waiting about 5 minutes and hadn’t seen anyone. I wanted to order the 3 sliders but they were out of slider buns. I got a pulled pork sandwich instead which was $10 for just the sandwich no sides or drink, and I finished it in about 5 bites. The sandwich tasted good as did the sauces but this wasn’t the best first impression, especially with so many other good BBQ places around.

Awesome friendly atmosphere with games for kids (and adults) to play while you’re waiting. Local family owned and operated so the service was above and beyond. Then there is the food… I’ve been a few times now with my family and worked my way around the menu. I’ve honestly never had anything I didn’t really enjoy, but the brisket Mac and cheese sandwich had me over the moon. Definitely a new favorite comfort food, we’ll be back soon.

This is a great place for hotdogs. My only complaint is that they didn’t have celery salt for the Chicago Dogs. Other than that they have fantastic toppings and the hotdogs are delicious. They also have barbecue, salad, beer, nachos, and tater tots. Bonus… they have the good crushed ice for your drinks.

So, on my journey to try all the bbq restaurants in the triangle area I finally got to try crave. Stopped in here two times for lunch and both times I was pleasantly surprised.

I was so bummed about this experience. These dogs didn’t taste like a place with Hot Dogs in the name. They were more like dogs from a place that rarely serves hot dogs and weren’t prepared for anyone to order them. I probably should have left when we arrived at 1pm on a Friday and it was empty. The buns weren’t warm at all. The dogs were big but very bland. The sport peppers on the Chicago dog were the only thing I really enjoyed from here. I always like to give a place another chance down the road, so hopefully it was just a bad day.

This review is long overdue!! I met and fell in love with Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ at a work event in March or April of 2023 and I couldn’t shake them! I’ve been trying to catch their food truck but due to one thing or another I was not able to. I know Raleigh is but a hop, skip and a jump however after work I’m on red light. But not this day! This day I am getting my Crave Hot Dog that I can’t stop talking about. I get the all beef hotdog with chili, slaw, ketchup and mustard. Not only did the hotdogs pack well, bun stayed fresh, did not get soggy with all of the deliciousness on top of it and that huge all beef inside of it. It was FIRE!!! The staff at the restaurant also made the drive worthwhile on that Saturday. Friendly, engaging and definitely know the brand they are representing!! I’m going to look for the food truck around my way but if I can’t get it today I’ll just hop in the car and hop, skip and jump to Raleigh.

My first time here was very bad , they run out of hotdogs at 6pm , No manager working, fries was salty.. Fries are put in the oven. When they finally did have hotdogs, it was hot and made nicely. I got my two kids chicken tenders. They was put in the oven and not fully cooked. Only two people, I get it, but Wow. Nats around the top of the sauce in the lobby. $44, just gone

My tots were all burned. (Take out). All other food was very good. This was my first experience. On the fence about going back. I truly believe that there is a lack of fortitude in this younger generation. Customer service is getting so bad. Impatient employees make business horrible, especially around closing time. Quality goes out the window

This place is amazing! They have a variety of beers to choose from, their food is bomb! I ordered the Mac n’ Brisket Bowl and really enjoyed it! Totally recommend! And to top it all off, they have a variety of board games to play with your crew!

Unlike other reviews that say brilliant, it was just okay food. First, we waited for at least 30 minutes for everyone to get their food. ( even though there were barely any customers) Then, we had one of our meals screwed up and had to send it back. Next, I ordered a side of fries and they took at least 40 minutes to get my fries. next we got a cookie and it was burned. I was a little upset with my experience and very disappointed.
