Before I even made it through the door the service ethic was noticeable. One employee, whom I believed to be the cook, was walking in at the same time. He greeted me energetically the way family might at a picnic. “Welcome to CRAVE” he said, we hope you enjoy it”

The place is cool inside. I’ve never seen axe throwing up close. Our food as delicious. Chili cheese dog, Chicago dog and a Memphis dog. We also tried mac and cheese which was cooked right and ver creamy, could have used a kick and have the little container be full.

Food was Amazing. I had the Chicago dog and it was so good just how it’s supposed to be. It made me feel at home. (Chicago) Scottie was very nice and helpful. Customer service 10/10!! This was my first time at Crave and definitely won’t be the last.

I went because I was curious of the beer wall plus it shows up on Marriotts dining rewards. The hot dog was good but the brisket sandwich was horrible. Not sure what kind of brisket it was but it was tough and chewy. The Mac and cheese was even worse. Not sure what I expected but it was bad. Another tip would be profane music not playing while kids are in there. I love Aaron Lewis but the F word blaring was definitely uncomfortable for the parents in there with their 4-8 year old kids.

My family and I had a delicious lunch meal at Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ! We loved the different choices of craveable hot dogs, the crispy wings and sides. Next time we will come in with closed toe shoes to play the Cra-xing!

I ate here once before and it was good. These past 2 times I’ve gone, I was highly disappointed. All 3 times I ordered the same thing Mac & brisket bowl. I was not going to leave a review, but I was given a plate the first time & took it back, they re-made the food… what they gave us to take after remaking it is just as bad. The food LOOKS disgusting AND IS DISGUSTING. It’s so nasty! This isn’t brisket for one. Idk what kind of strips of meat this is but it’s not brisket! The Mac & cheese is so soupy. I didn’t even eat this. A WASTE of money.

Great spot! The food is great! The customer service is superb. Nice, clean, fun atmosphere! And let’s not even mention the five million taps they have for beer. Besides ax throwing, they also have some board games in the back. Great for family night or girl/guys night out! Do it!

Great help at the counter, and not terrible ambience. However, once there’s axe throwing I imagine the small space will be much louder and may be hit or miss with the patron; much like the food was today. Spent $30 for 1 kids meal 2 sides of Mac n cheese (which honestly Chic-fil-a size, price and flavor is much better). The appetizer “loaded tots” sub brisket. Talk about disappointed! The brisket sub cost an additional $4.00 to substitute it out from the pulled chicken. And for the amount of meat I got, it was dry, and questionable “4 oz?!?” Not worth $4.00!! The tots were sooo dry as well, almost like they were cooked from being partial thawed and it left them needing sauce and cheese in order to have flavor. Honestly, the hotdogs are likely where it’s at but that’s if we go back. The price of food for what you get leaves a lot to be desired. I had better hopes for something that has decent atmosphere and a cool concept. Final thoughts, why put the paper inside the plastic to-go container? you end up eating soggy bits of paper. …and why is it the best idea to put cold kids apple juice inside the same container as all the hot food! By the time you are home, it’s now terribly hot. Terrible practice for to-go orders.

Given that there were only 2 employees working it did take a bit but it was worth the wait. Food was delicious and service was caring and had great communication with us and what was going on with our order etc. I look forward to coming back and trying more of the menu and the beer wall!
