I was highly disappointed today. I was introduced to this place last year by my girlfriend and she bragged so highly about this crawfish. So this year we decided to come back for the first time today. We got the worst customer service and 6 lbs of bad crawfish, with half a pound of broken legs a lot of dead ones. We asked to speak with the owner to address the issue. My girlfriend was told by the owner that she was the same woman that was complaining yesterday and this was our first time eating crawfish this year. He said his sister said that my girlfriend do this all the time when she comes. So we told him that you’ve mistaken her for someone else. The owner was very rude at first and it’s sad to mistake a paying customers and treat them poorly because of a mistaken Identity. Now my girlfriend is heartbroken because this was her favorite place to eat crawfish.
