Very good Thai food truck. It was a fairly standard menu, though everything we got was great. Even our picky eater enjoyed the fresh rolls, and wanted to come back for more. Note, the satay came with peanut sauce already on it. It was good, but a little unusual for the presentation. Spice levels were closer to Thai standards (Thai medium = American spicy).

Had the Tom Kha. Quality was excellent – yet I can’t believe they can keep but with all their orders and produce the volume and variety of food they do out of that little truck. Damn impressive. I dig the buzzers they use to let ya know it’s your food that’s ready. Great part of town, too. Check out the nearby mature Monkeypod trees.

Pad thai was too tangy/tomato-y… ketchup? I would not recommend.

My wife and I ordered the Pad Thai and Crispy Chicken. Both were prepared well and delicious, but since I have traveled extensively in Thailand I would have to say they missed the mark a wee bit with the Pad Thai flavor. If you like spicy make sure you ask for it; ours was mild and a little strong on the lime. Still definitely worth a shot if you like Thai food though!

I’ve never had thai food before, but craving thai was amazing. Thai food has definitely move up on my top 3 in my favorite food list, by far it’s my favorite food in kauai. If you’re in kauai you have to eat at Craving Thai. Jasmine was amazing, if you’re not sure what to eat she will not steer you wrong. Vew was super nice at the window, a must place to eat if you’re in kauai.

Delicious food, I love the crispy spring rolls and the fresh vegetable rolls! The sauce with peanuts in it was amazing. I also had the pad see ew which was really good and I had never tried thai iced tea and I wasn’t disappointed!

My pad thai was just noodles in ketchup. See the photo for evidence. Really really bad food. The chef should just quit cooking forever. There is no hope for you my dear. The national dish of Thailand has been massacred and drowned in the underbellies of ketchup land where it will rot for eternity. Your food is bad and you should feel bad.

I had the Thai Shrimp Stir Fry and it was the best I have ever had! I wish I had the recipe to make at home. If I ever go back to Kauai I will definitely eat here again.

Fast and friendly service. It’s a parking lot food truck. Perfect. Good sanitation practices. Good portions. Penang curry is on point. Tons of chicken. I ordered “Spicy” and it was perfectly hot. Fresh spring rolls were the best I’ve ever had: crispy, cold and flavorful when using their awesome peanut sauce. Pad thai: not very good. “Ketchup” comments are harsh, but close. This dish needs to be re-imagined/rethought. More turmeric, white pepper and ABC sauce, maybe??. In its current state it’s an embarrassment. Get that dish right and you’re 10/10.
