Steak was good. I don’t think it’s worth close to 50$. I question the value. It had a good charcoal flavor, but the consistency of the filet was off. Outside was done and the inside was medium. Inside was too chewy and the outside had an ok crisp. I order my steak medium-well, and got more pink than I prefer. The steak and asparagus had a great charcoal flavor although I didn’t care for the toast. The toast could be improved. Service was great. The bread pudding felt like it was a great value purchase. 5$ for good bread pudding. I did feel like the sweetness was overloaded on the top. It would be interesting to have a bit of sweetness all the way through while maintaining the pudding type consistency. The HVAC unit dripped, so the floor was a little wet near my feet. It didn’t touch me, but I do feel like it was something I frowned upon.

Amazing place for supper and family gathering. Sometimes they have a live band playing. Servers are awesome to interact with especially Anna Brettlee …ask for her to wait on you she is great and keeps your drinks coming

Wow!! The bar service here is absolutely amazing! My husband and I came here for our date night. I got the small ribeye with asparagus and he got the platter of crawfish. For sides with our drinks we got the merrigold nachos and a dozen of raw oysters. I got 2 mixed drinks (a white Russian and a mango lemonade martini) and he got plenty of beers and for dessert we had the bread pudding. The nachos were amazing and noth lacking in toppings but a tad oily. The crawfish are boiled in a not spicy boil but were all a decent size and yummy. The oysters were fat but not amazing in flavor (we’ll try the different varieties of cooked ones next time). The steak was absolutely amazing…hands down the best dish…no steak sauce needed. The bread pudding was super yummy and not too sweet which ended the date night perfectly.

Small portions not well prepared. One person working the whole dining room area on Friday night. The appetizers were not as Well prepared as the last time I ate there. Menu was very limited and some condiments not available. Won’t be back till I forget how bad it was.
