I was so happy to find this gem of a place. The food was excellent, service was great, and it was not too packed. I had the all you can eat fish special. The fish was nicely flavored and hot on the plate. I could really tell that the cook took pride in his work and it showed. I will be going back again. I truly recommend this place.

The first ones in that morning. I’d ordered the Gumbo, and she said it’s spicy. Yea ok bec., I’m white. I don’t like spicy?! A 6in shrimp Po’boy came with it. I also ordered Boudin balls. The only thing that was “ok” was the Po’boy. The Seafood Gumbo had raw onions in it with tomatoes. Not even slightly cooked down. It was cut, thrown in & served. It was absolutely disgusting! The Boudin balls were so tiny & inedible. The decor is hideous! The business is a run-down shack. One wall is a complete mirror. I’ll never spend money here again.

Great simple food. No fuss which makes it delicious! Service could not be better and the owner, Mr. Crawford, makes his rounds to all his customers (actually every single time we’ve been) to ask how your meal is and tries to get to know you a little. Keep up the great work, y’all!

We had Crawfords yesterday for a meeting at work, and as usual the food was absolutely delicious. We eat here about 1x a month. I had the C-Grilled Fish and Green Beans/Caesar Salad as a side- my only suggestion would be to please add parmesan cheese to your caesar salads- I do not eat the croutons so without those it was just romaine and 1/2 egg.

The food was EXCELLENT! Nothing beats crispy fried catfish. The macaroni had a great flavor- not over or underwhelming. Lemon pie was ice cold and fresh. As with many businesses, things are moving slow due to understaffing. However, I called ahead my order and it was ready in less than 25 mins. Friendly people.

The flavor of the fried seafood is delicious, but when you pay almost $20 for a fish and shrimp platter, you should get more than 3 Shrimp and 4 lil fish nuggets that when you put them together doesn’t equal one filet catfish

I was traveling through Baton Rouge and wanted to find a place with good traditional cajun food. This place seemed small and underwhelming however when the food arrived….. it hit me in the mouth feels….. I excitedly, consumed my half shrimp po boy and crawfish étouffée cup. The boudin balls were everything I needed them to be… rich and full of flavor… it’s not a pretentious place. It’s just purely delicious, no thrills just flavor ….. if you have a bad taste in your mouth …. Don’t worry, they offer complementary ice cream at the end of your meal as a nice palate cleanser. I shall be back.

A hidden gem when it comes to fried fish and seafood. You’ll love their all you eat for under $20 per person. I often take my friends here, and they be like how long this place been here. I be like they had been here they even had 2 locations at one time. So now I have to drive from Denham to Staring Lane to get my C- Fish lunch and dinner combo.
